  Similar to other chairs of this genre. Reasonably well made.Delivered with up holders missing and a protective bracket broken. Would have returned but bought for a family visit.

  Item damaged and badly repaired.

  This item arrived in a battered old box that been badly patched up with Sellotape for reissue. It seemed the chairs had been sent out before and returned. One of the headrests had been badly repaired. Their was no internal packaging. The locking levers which were supposed to arrest gravity movement did not hold the chairs in position. Cannot recommend them or the seller.

  Worst Purchase I've Ever Made.

  15 minutes of relaxation 2 hours of pain.Best product to get if you want to test your legal skills.I've literally only sat in the chair for 15 min before it collapsed under me.At first I thought that I've maxed out the chair limit but the description clearly states that the max limit is 110kg, I'm 75kg.After closer examination I've noticed that both lf the chairs shares a lovely rust coating.Please save your self the hassle and move away form this purchase.This product is unsafe.

  Arrived in a state, clearly were returns but I managed to fix them up.

  OK, Not one for leaving poor reviews generally. Bad stuff 1st: Box was really bashed up, no packaging within the box, no actual instructions sheet, no plastic coverings even on the chairs. One of the head cover things was bent out of shape (fixed it myself) , and numerous scratches on the left side of 1 chair. One chair did not fully go back until I removed a squashed up load of masking tape type thing from within the arm area, which led me to be certain these had been returned previously or a shop window set. Driver actually left them on our side step, did not knock as I was sat working in the room where I can see the side door so luckily I went to get them before any old passer-by did. Good stuff: Comfy, quite solid for the price, company emailed me back but wanted photo's, already binned the box, and fixed them myself so it felt pretty clear they were not overly concerned so decided I could not be bothered, just won't use them again, simple as that really.

  Took couple hours to work out how to recline it.

  Was looking forward to getting these chairs, to recline and have a snooze in garden. Cept they don't recline, shift your weight it says, shifted it and shifted it nowt happens. Get out of it and push the back pooh it reclines but not when your blooming sat in it. The old fashioned one where you lifted the arms to recline would be better.AFTER ABOUT 2 HOURS IF HAVING THEM I'VE FINALLY MANAGED TO MAKE IT RECLINE WHILST SAT IN IT.

  The box was badly damaged and taped up. Looked like a previous attempt at return. Frame was dirty with rusty residue all over it...and the bag it was in. Some scratched & bubbled paintwork, very difficult to move to recline position and cant find how to lock in position. No instructions included. I have to hook my feet under the bottom frame to try to recline it. It's more like a gym workout. I've contacted seller so will give them time to reply satisfactorily and then adjust my review accordingly.*edit...the company responded promptly to me and were very helpful. Added an extra star for this.

  I bought these chairs to convalesce after my recent hip replacement, because they met the height requirements and a could spend time outside in the sunshine. Firstly I should like to state, yes I am well within the weight restrictions. Ok for the first couple of days and then it collapsed backwards and I landed on the floor, luckily I managed to attract attention for help, no damage done. I have since used the second chair which has been working fine until a couple of days ago when that also collapsed. I noticed that both plastic locking devices under the arm rests are broken. I have just looked into returning them and was surprised you only had a month to do so (purchased in June 2021). I suggest you are mindful of this before you consider purchasing as I paid over £100, which was a complete waste of money.

  Only just got these but so far are very comfortable chairs, the added accessory of clip on cup holder is a nice touch, excellent value, I purchased on Amazon prime days.*Something to be aware of is the weight limit of 110kg (17 stone) to sit in the chairs.The packaging that the chairs arrived in was in a terrible state, the box looked like it had been given a good kicking! Lots of quite large holes in the box, luckily apart from a couple of scratches no real damage.
