  For the price it’s great!

  I’ve had this chair for about a year now and for the price, it’s great. I searched all the sofa stores in my area and nothing was in this price range. I had a few things that I wanted from this chair and it does them all. 1) Be fully electric. It is. 2) ability to raise the leg rest only - it does. The leg rest raises before the back support starts to recline so just let go of the button before it does. 3) Be light enough to move it around. I have this in my work studio and need to be able to free up space. I added felted coasters to the feet and it slides around easy. The plug cable is long enough to do so. Pretty easy to install with it arriving in two parts. Slot the top part in and off you go.I should also note that the design is slightly different from the pictures at the time of buying. They’ve moved the buttons to more of a central location so it’s actually a plus as I think it would have been a stretch in the original location. I should also note that i’m Not the tallest person at 5ft 6inch. I think tall people would think it’s a bit small but for me it’s perfect. Comfort wise it’s ok. The seat itself is firm but springy. The arms are more like big puffed, pillows. Same with head rest but a bit firmer version. Not sure if it’s genuine leather but not fussed about that. When i’m In recline mode and do have a few extra pillows to support my lower back. Plus there is a gap between the arms when it is reckoned. But for the money I paid i’m Extremely happy with this chair. A year in and the motor seems to be running smoothly still and there haven’t been any deformities develop in the rest. Very happy.

  I ordered this chair as I suffer with osteoarthritis and I'm so glad I did, it is very comfortable and well worth the money,I recommended it to my mother in law who purchased it also and she was very pleased with the purchase.

  Excellent item

  This is a wonderful chair & so comfortable. The only problem was coping with the delivery. All came in one big box. Impossible to move it & the delivery manwas unable to help. Had to call on the neighbours to help as I couldn't do it. Was a big worry which spoiled the excitement of it arriving sorry

  This recliner is true value for money. The mechanism is very quiet and controllable. It's very comfortable and the seat is high enough off the ground that one doesn't feel like one is sitting on the floor.

  The chair arrived really quickly which was great. I’d had an injury and the chairs at home didn’t support my neck so it was such relief when it came. My partner put it together in no time at all and it was light weight but stable.It’s really comfy too. The only reason that I’ve given it 4* is that the lead got caught in the reclining mechanism and severed. Luckily you can bypass this lead but it did mean that I was stuck, fully reclined, until my daughter sorted it out.

  The prorprtions are all wrong and I’m only 6 foot tall. There’s no lumbar support whatsoever and the ‘head’ rest is at the height of my shoulders and pushes them forwards so I’m actually in a slouched position. Couldn’t get it returned in time so I’m stuck with it. The FAKE leather is extremely thin and started falling apart very quickly.

  Chair is comfortable but it was advertised as 'leather' but is in fact faux leather. A bit disappointed. Must add though that it is comfortable and for the price paid very good value. Since purchasing the ‘leather’ has peeled on arms and seat. Contacted seller . Doesnt want to know. As a pensioner I cannot afford another and it looks awful.

  Do not buy. Normally you would expect armchairs to last a little longer

  After 4 years of nominal use the so called leather has all flaked off on one chair , and is beginning to flake off on the other one. They look terrible. I am going to have them replaced

  Ordered as a surprise for my husband who completed all his cancer treatment in the 24th October. He was thrilled with it and it is so comfortable, he has no problem falling asleep in it! Extremely pleased with it and the company who sell it, as they were most helpful when I needed advice as to when to order it so it would arrive on time.
