Customer Review
★★★★★★★★★★ Should have more padding for the price.
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 April 2021
The chair was easy to assemble whilst I watched the seller's video on YouTube. It looks nice, the fabric seams ok, but it lacks padding so there's very little support for your back. Recline function works fairly smoothly and doesn't make much noise as of four weeks of use. Chair and base feel sturdy. Footstool is a good height and slope and does its job nicely. Just a shame the chair lacks padding and prolonged use gets uncomfortable after a couple of hours. My Aston office manager's chair is comfier and more supportive and cost £80 less, but doesn't come with a footstool. The Morris Living Cairo is not the worst chair and stool for the price and is probably one of the better options, just not for more than a couple of hours at a time.
★★★★★★★★★★ Not worth the cost

Cheap filling that does not support the back area. Not worth a third of the money. The foot stool is the best part of this product.I'm not one for giving such negative reviews but I feel strongly about this.
