Heated massage chair with manual recline and built in footrest
Although this very comfortable bonded leather armchair can be used for gaming or watching TV, it is particularly suited to those who need support for their back or find it hard to relax.
The soft foam padding in the backrest and headrest offers just the right balance between comfort and support. And the comfortable padded armrests help you choose a position that offers complete relaxation for your arms.
The backrest can be reclined to a comfortable position by releasing the latch below the armrest. The footrest is also raised using the sturdy latch mechanism.
The attached controller lets you heat the base of the backrest to warm the muscles in your lumbar region. You can also choose to have a soothing massage of your upper and lower back, thighs and calves. This vibration massage is provided by eight inbuilt pads that are placed at strategic points in the chair to offer relief to tired or aching muscles.
The controller for the chair can be neatly stored in the side pocket. Available in three colours: black, brown and cream.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 September 2019Don't even bother.Disaster from the get go. Chair arrived and wouldn't fit through the door.. That's not a problem. I just unboxed outside and brought both parts in seperatley. Trying to get the 2 parts together was a pain as there was no "click" as the instructions stated. So I was unsure if it was together or not.Now the real problem. I eagerly sat in the chair and lay back to enjoy the full comfort. I put the massage function on and all was great. I then leaned slightly to the side to lift my cuppa off the side table and.. CRUNCH. There was a loud bang, the chair collapsed to one side and parts came flying out from under. Once the panic settled, I flipped the chair over to look and a nut and other parts had came off the moving mechanism. It seemed that the mechanism was very poorly glued. Not welded.. GLUED. I'm a modest 14 stone and it was a very slight lean. It showed me the absolute poor quality of this product.I contacted the seller and I received a reply the following day offering a replacement. I declined this offer due to worry it would happen again. As opposed to a refund, I requested the seller offer the next model up as a replacement as a gesture of goodwill (Seems reasonable with the original breaking within minutes) and the seller declined this. I then offered to pay the seller the difference between this chair and the model up (£40) and again the seller declined. I'm not sure why they declined either as surely it would save them in courier costs whilst retaining my custom.Finally I got fed up and and requested the refund. The seller stated my broken chair would be collected 3 days later on the Friday. They also requested I repackage the chair which was just chaos as when the mechanism broke, the chair was stuck in a fully reclined position.Sure enough Friday came and the chair was not collected. I phone and was told it would be collected Saturday and again it was not collected. I had to make so many expensive phone calls on Monday to 0843 numbers to finnaly get the chair collected. I was annoyed in this time as my refund would not be issued until the seller received the chair back. I raised a case with Amazon to get my refund which they processed. The chair was collected a few days later.Overall.. Cheaply made, poor product with customer service to match.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 May 2021Delivery was TERRIBLEI only gave 2 stars mainly for the absolute pantomime of a delivery!!. First of all it arrived in ONE box!! Like REALLY?!?! Who’s door is that big I don’t know!! I live two floors up and wouldn’t even get into the stair never mind to my front door. Secondly, the men who delivered it looked as old as god himself and were no way able to bring to front door even if they did manage to get into stair door. I had NO email or message to say it was arriving on that day! If my partner AND son were not home they would have had to return another day as this had to be unboxed OUTSIDE to be able to bring up the stairs. We were all very rudely woken at 09.30 hours on our day off with (god aged man) keeping his finger on our buzzer until we actually answered the door. I wanted to scream at this point. The institution’s are a lot to be desired also. Worse delivery from Amazon yet.However,,The chair itself once set up is a absolute dream.I may never answer the door to Amazon again.

Easy installation, very good message functions, very confortable and the shipping was quick. The guy was tall and skinny but he carried from the gate to my door alone. He is very strong guy! Thank you! I recommend to everyone! Buy this chair, you deserve it!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 January 2021Chair was damaged when delivered, then foot release mechanism failed after 20 monthsFrom the beginning I was misinformed by customer services, who stated the chair would arrive in two sections.It actually arrived in one very large box.Subsequently the delivery man could not get it through the door, so insisted on opening the box in the rain outside, then pushing the unprotected chair through the door, scraping it as he did so, which left marks on the chair.After calling to raise this concern, I was advised to email, and this was subsequently ignored.The foot release mechanism failed after 20 months, and this time I did get a response to my email, but was informed that the chair only had a 12-month warranty, so Sonic believe they were not obligated to do anything.My understanding is that, under the Consumer Rights Act the product has to be in satisfactory working condition for up to 6 years from the date of purchase, so I am seeking advice on how best to go forward.Therefore I strongly discourage dealing with this company, or purchasing this product.

I would recommend making sure there are a couple of you to bring it in the house as it does just get left on the doorstep and it's a bit heavy but I found it easier to unpack outside and take in in two parts. The two parts just click together and all the wires are colour coded so you can see which goes where.

It was also fairly easy to put together however the delivery driver was on his own and we had to carry it in together (not sure what he would have done if i wasn't able to help)

Really comfortable the remote is easy to use and fits nicely in the side pocket when not in use. Although has a manual recliner the handle is easy to reach and the recliner clicks in easily.

- Can’t find instructionsWhat seems to be the problem?
- I have two questions for this product 1. When you don't use the massages mode can you feel the hard plastic underneath? And 2.Are the cables visible?1. No you can’t feel anything underneath it’s totally comfortable all the time. 2. I have mine in a room corner so the mains lead cannot be seen. The massage control fits into a small side pocket on the chair when not in use so you can’t see that either.
