  DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!I bought this a little over a year ago and within the first year the springs holding the cushion in snapped off, the massage and heat function did not work for the legs (day of delivery) and then the metal mechanism that works the recline function snapped somewhere breaking the recliner feature, because whatever material used is a cheap crappy alloy.I emailed the company about this who will not do anything to remedy the issues coming from their poor product because I did not email them within the first year of purchase (even though the issues happened before then).The chair seems good at first but for the price having issues like this less than a year in is unacceptable, and the company's refusal to do anything about it is ridiculous.

  A Replacement Office Chair

  While it's just arrived, so I can't comment on long-term durability, the chair is incredibly comfortable. I am a programmer who has sat at an office chair more or less 16+ hours per day for the past 3 years or so, and it's taken it's toll on my back and neck. I decided to swap my ergonomic office chair out for a recliner, and this is immediately far more comfortable. I read some mixed reviews on this, though they appeared to be quite subjective, with people complaining about very specific issues (such as a one-star review because it isn't suitable for pregnant women, surprisingly), but I decided to go ahead with the purchase and I'm very glad that I did so. The construction quality immediately strikes me as solid.My only complaint, which may be a positive for some, is that there weren't more parts for construction, i.e. the side panels taken away from the bottom, and the bottom and stand separated. The whole lower unit comes pre-assembled, which makes for easy construction as you only have to slot the back piece on, but it makes delivery incredibly awkward unless you have a lot of room. It couldn't fit through my front door, or my back door. I ended up having to unpackage it outside, to discover that it was a single unit. I was just able to squeeze it through my conservatory door (which only opens on one side, unfortunately). So just bear in mind that you will need a fair amount of wiggle room to get this into your house.Once it was upstairs, however, it took literally about 10 seconds to slot together. The seat padding appears to be a very firm memory foam, so you don't sink into the chair vertically, though everything else is a very thick and soft padding, which allows you to relax while staying supported.Side note: I perhaps underestimated how big it would look in my office, but I think it's going to serve as an excellent replacement for an office chair. Recliners are quite low, of course, so for anyone with a standard keyboard tray, note that it may not be a good idea. I have an ergonomic keyboard arm which allows me to position it ideally for the chair; it would be very uncomfortable having to reach up to type as your arms would be unsupported.

  Sooo very comfortable! Even without the massage function. Bought for my mother and shes happy except for one issue, which is why its lost a star. The lower part that comes out in the recline position (where your legs rest) is easy to pull out with the lever but really quite difficult to push back in. It has to be done manually. Would have been great if on the remote there was a button for opening and closing it. I struggled and im young and fit. My mother really struggles and always has to ask someone to do it for her, or she leaves it permanently open which makes it harder to get on the chairAlso just bare in mind it needs a fair bit of space behind it to extend fully in the recline position.

  Fantastic! Very comfortable!Took 5 minutes to put together. Heated seated and a massage, just brilliant.

  A chair with all the bells and whistles for a reasonable price.

  This is easily one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. The padding is very soft and it easily reclines into an almost completely lying down position. The rocking and swivel is very smooth, though I found that sometimes the chair swivels too easily and will turn slightly at an angle to the TV by itself. The heat feature works very well and heats up in in a few minutes, though only the lower back portion of the chair heats up and not the rest. The massage is very soft and doesn't feel like a "massage" but more of a relaxing vibration, however it is still very relaxing despite being quite loud. The chair can recline to exactly the position you want it too, just pull the lever and push back as far as you want. The cupholders are very convenient however they aren't very deep and a very large bottle or cup might fall out if you rock the chair. The pockets are very convenient for putting the TV controller or your phone in.Overall, this is an incredibly comfortable chair with all the bells and whistles, at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who wants a comfortable place to watch movies or play video games in, or even have a nap, I found myself falling asleep in this chair a few times!

  The Chair is stylish looking, I am using it in a smallish room and because the Swivel it fits nicely and I can turn the chair without having to move it. Easy to esemble. Very Comfortable , Great support for your back and legs.. The massage feels good if not a little noisey but not that its too intrusive. The Heating is brilliant, I found it very helpful with sciatica, very soothing.The Rocking motion I love too.The Company has a great Customer service Attitude very fast and friendly with any enquiries. I would buy from this company again.

  A Chair everyone should have...

  This is a very comfortable recliner. It is very simple to assemble just slot the back onto the two brackets on the base and plug in three wires and that is it. The chair seems very well made and sturdy.The back of the chair when in recliner position does go back quiet a bit so if you have the back of the chair near a wall you will need to bring it out about a meter or so. The swivel part of the chair is very free so you will move very easily sometimes to easy if you don't wish to move but you get use to that.Overall a really great chair and great value for money.

  The cheapest version and built with the cheapest parts....

  The Joey and Chandler chair this is not!I previously had a similiar one that cost a little more but that I kept for 3 years before passing it onto someone else.This cheaper and nastier version had broken cup holders within a month.I persevered and duct taped the cheap plastic holders.Worse was to come... A year on and the sense that the chair was made from thinner, cheaper materials was provenn when the squeaks became so bad I had to look under the chair.The metal gubbins were chewing up the cheap fabric underneath and exposing the springs.A few weeks later the arse collapsed with a loud twang and on looking under I discovered the metal seating springs had burst free from the cheap plastic fastenings.Who makes a chair by fastening metal springs with cheap plastic?Its now sitting in a corner waiting to be thrown out.I contacted the seller and sent photos only to be told the photos were too large.I really don't want another one.. They are crap.

  This is a really comfy chair with superb rocking action/motion. The leg rest flips up and is nice and comfy. The back rest reclines in a controllable way to very nearly horizontal position however it stays very nicely in any position.Ok, so why only 4 stars? The vibration function is a tad on the noisy side.

  This man made leather recliner chair is amazing value. We have only had it about 2 weeks. But my husband loves it ... especially the fact that it rocks and can turn easily whilst sitting in it. The massage is very relaxing although a bit noisy but you soon get used to it. The heat pad is very useful for us as being an older couple I am going through hot sweats...and need the room to be cool..my husband uses it and stays cosy.the recliner is a manual device but is easy to use.
