No tools are required 2 Allen keys provided. No instructions were included in my pack??? Not difficult to assemble took me about 60 minutes. The chair is comfortable with the footstool and the plether looks good.Have only just put it together and so no information as to how it will wear but first impression is that it is good value for the price range.

Unpacked, found contents wet, and NO instructions, perhaps someone could make a video for “you tube”. Poor stitching and wood chipped and scratched. Took several hours to assemble but reasonably comfortable. Would I buy another one - NO

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 October 2021Very happy with this chairI ordered this chair on Saturday 2nd Oct and it arrived Monday 4th October, I was very impressed with the delivery timescale. It arrived in one box, in 4 parts, the base was already fixed to the recliner, we just had to fix the arms and back to the seat and then fix the legs and base to the footstool. The chair is extremely comfy, feels like sitting on a cloud. The only downside I would say is that the instructions are not very clear but by watching some youtube clips and some juggling about, it too 2 of us about an hour to finally put it together, Maybe the instctions could be made much clearer for those who can't access youtube clips.

Also it is not as soft and comfy as it's stated in the product description. We decided to return it for that reason. The return procedure is very awkward and we have to pay for the return postage which is £30. I would never buy any items from the company ever again.
