  poor workmanship

  I bought this armchair for my husband because he had just had a back operation and thought it would very good for him, I liked the look of the chair too, but one of the front leg's became loose and he tried to screw it back in place , it worked for a week and then the other leg gave away and became loose also and the most awful thing happened both legs broke and my husband fell out of the chair through shock and hurt his back in doing so. I have emailed them twice and also phoned them up with no luck ,I left my Home phone number for them to contact me but they still have not replied, the warranty has ran out now but it was still under warranty when I first contacted them , they simply are ignoring all my call's and emails, this is not going to end I will get my money back plus compensation from them no matter how long it take's.

  Poor quality construction - breaks soon after you buy it

  I sat in the chair very occasionally, over a few months -probably less than 10 times. One of the legs abruptly snapped off. It seems the legs screw into a poor quality chipwood base. The pulp is very soft and upon inspection all of the legs were loose and the one that snapped off could not be reconnected as the wood was so loose it would not meet the thread on the screws. Company refused to refund. I paid the local authority to come to come this morning to dispose of it. Do yourself a favour and buy a different chair from a different company.

  Beautiful chair and looks as if it cost a lot more than it did. Came in a large box and was so easy to assemble that I had it fully up in less than 15 mins - and I have tennis elbow! Box contains 4 legs, 4 plastic washers PLUS: There are two wing pieces and one back piece and all three slot together. (One of the wing pieces was stored under the main body of the chair) Left in the box is the main body of the chair with the arms on - it has metal lugs in the rear for the back and wings to just slot in. There is a 'flap' on the back of the chair to cover where it all slots together. Looks lush in the living room and daughter who has bad back loves the comfort..

  Lovely comfortable chair, when we get a chance to sit on it, as the cats decided it's her chair.

  Fantastic Quality Chair.

  The price of this chair belies the exceptional quality of it. It is such a stylish unit and doesn't shout recliner, more so bespoke fireside chair. The quality of the check fabric is excellent, and the comfort level superb. It is so easy to assemble, and the recline function easy to access. I am just astonished at how good it is, really happy with my purchase.

  Response to a faulty product and a quick solution

  The chair has a faulty back leg. It will not screw in so it's just balancing under chair. Have emailed twice with no reply. Great looking chair just needs replacement and I'd give it 5 stars. But it looks like the fault is inside where leg screws In.

  Absolutely love this chair it is soooo comfy and looks ace in my apartment ..... will recommend to everyone who will listen .... good value for money too looks more expensive than it actually is. Very happy customer thank you :0))))

  The most comfortable chair I have ever had

  The most comfortable chair I have ever had, especially for the neck and upper back region. It requires a bit of upper arm strength to work the leg rest so if you are disabled in that way, it's no good. However it's only my legs that are defunct and I'm easily able to use the chair as is.

  Delivered within two days, good quality, comfy, good for posture & very reasonable too

  Fantastic chair for the price,so comfy, been using it for aprox two weeks. I have two small points to make however, 1. Its impossible to put chair right back as it just flings me forward! 2. I found an area that hadn't been stitched together and because it was so reasonable. I got it repaired! All good now and enjoying sitting with my feet up.

  Excellent piece of furniture. I have just had hip replacement and have been struggling to sleep in bed. This chair is so comfy I drop off to sleep in it
