- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 June 2021Expected better for £359This chair was to be used at my daughters when I was visiting her .I used it for 6 days and found it to be poor quality first of all the right arm fell off , then the right side of the seat started to collapse and I couldn’t sit straight on it and I was leaning to the right all the time, the seat was uncomfortable and the seat back was to laid back not upright at allI am very disappointed I complained to the seller and the only response was asking me send them a video showing the problem but how can you video “ uncomfortable”
