Who these terms are with

7 Interior Design is operated by Softpact. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

We do not sell anything

We hold no stock, take no payments and ship nothing. Every purchase link sends you to a third-party retailer, and from that point the contract, the price, the delivery, the warranty and the returns policy are all theirs. Any problem with an order is between you and the retailer — we have no visibility of it and no power to fix it. How we are paid for sending you there is set out in our affiliate disclosure.

About the prices we show

Prices on this site are recorded by an automated tracker at intervals, not read live at the moment you look at them. Retailers change prices continuously, sometimes several times a day. So:

• The retailer’s price is the real one. Ours is the last figure we recorded. If they disagree, theirs is correct and ours is out of date.
• Price history is a record, not a promise. A product that hit a low three weeks ago may never do so again, and nothing on this site is a prediction.
• Availability changes too. A product listed here may be out of stock or withdrawn by the time you follow the link.

We work hard to keep the data accurate and we will fix errors when we find them, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Check before you buy. That is what the link is for. How the tracking works is explained on how we track prices.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access. You can delete your account at any time from your profile, and we will remove the data described in the privacy notice.

We may suspend or remove an account that is being used to break these terms — spam, abuse, scraping, or attempts to interfere with the site.

Comments and anything else you post

Comments are public. Keep them civil and on topic. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights; do not post marketing, and do not post fake or incentivised reviews. We moderate, and we remove things that break these rules without being obliged to explain each decision.

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give us permission to display it on the site.

Using the site fairly

Please do not scrape the site at scale, attempt to overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or copy substantial parts of the price database for republication. The price history is the result of years of collection and it is the one thing here that is genuinely ours. Normal reading, linking and citing — with attribution — is welcome and always has been.

Our content

The writing, design and compiled price data on this site belong to us. Product names, images and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we link to.

What we are not liable for

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from a purchase you made at a retailer, from a price or availability figure that turned out to be stale, or from the content of any third-party site we link to.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes

We update these terms from time to time and the review date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
