  Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The box is big and heavy so if you live alone you'll struggle to handle this by yourself, especially if you need to get it up a flight of stairs. But once unboxed it's so easy to set up you don't need the instructions. The top half (back rest) slides into the seat... plug the red cable into the red slot, the white into the white, the black into the black, then plug it into the mains and you're good to go. It took 30 mins overall but with the benefit of hindsight I could do it again in 5 - 10 mins.The seat is very comfortable, materials are lovely to touch, there's tons of padding and a lot of lumbar support for your lower back which is great for my posture. However, in the non-reclined position it does keep you very upright. I know some people prefer the type of seats that you sink into.As a gamer, the arm rests are an inch on the high side but still very comfortable with the added bonus of two generously sized cupholders. Both are removable for an easy clean when needed.When reclining, the legs come up first so you can still sit upright with your feet up. When the legs are almost at the top, the back starts reclining and stretching out. It's easy to find a comfortable position whether you're gaming, watching a movie, reading a book or taking an afternoon nap.And finally the massage function. I've always found seat massagers gimmicky unless you can afford the several thousand pound ones you get at spa resorts. This isn't bad, but it's just a strong vibration. I suppose it's soothing but it's a little noisy and not something I'd use every day. It's still nice to have, and I will use it on occasions, but for now I've unplugged it and stored the massage remote control and wires in the seat pocket at the side (forgot to mention...there's two seat pockets either side and two at the front).Overall, this is a great chair at a great price. I have some concerns about the padding - time will tell whether it holds up. I'll update this review every 6 months to let you know.Really the only two gripes are that I ordered brown and although it's brown, it's so dark that it looks almost black in certain lights. And secondly it requires two plug sockets for the recliner and massager. So unless you're putting the chair right near a mains socket, you'll need an extension lead which can make your floor space look cluttered.Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with this purchase at this price and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy armchair. I hope this review was helpful. Thanks for reading.Edit - 6 Month Update: 6 months later and the chair is holding up extremely well. I sit in it every day for several hours a day. I’m a big guy (I’m actually heavier than the manufacturer’s recommend weight) so I expected to see a lot more wear and tear but the chair is just as solid as the day I bought it. The only difference is it has started to contour to the shape of my body. There are slight curves in the armrests and two depressions in the seat where my behind sits, but the chair is still as comfortable and supportive as day one. No issues with the stitching, padding or reclining.Edit 2 - 12 month update: I've uploaded a picture of the chair in its current condition. It's the picture with the glass of juice in the cupholder. There's some creases and general signs of wear which is normal for leather. But I'd say it's holding up very well. Armchairs are strange products to buy on the internet. If you don't like it or something goes wrong, you can't send it back in an envelope. Hence why I've written such a detailed review to give you as much info as possible. Based on my experience so far, I only have good things to say and would definitely recommend it.

  The best chair I have ever sat in

  This is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in, and I am over 50 years old. I suffer from sciatica and this chair gives me a wonderful amount of support. Add to that the vibration from 4 separate motors at calf, thigh, lumbar and shoulder and you have an amazing feeling of luxury and comfort. Delivery was made 2 days earlier than Amazon advised.. Amazing service

  I have been looking for this chair for 6 months.Every other Company would only deliver to the curb, and being disabled and housebound, that was impossible for me, as my home is 40 meters from the road.BEWARE!A lot of chairs like this are plastic.This IS leather.Ordered chair.Chair delivered into my lounge.Excellent product, easy to fit together and very comfortable.The heat is only in the lower back area, and not all over, but it's very comfortable in any mode.100% recommendation.From ordering too delivery, excellent...

  Have been ummimg and ahhing about buying this chair for ages. I’m glad I did because it’s just great. Very comfortable and well made, real leather as well. My only slight gripe is that it’s a little noisy when you put the massage on but I think I’ll get used to that. The delivery was quick, came 3 days earlier than expected and delivery driver phoned me first to check I was in. He was very helpful and brought in straight into my hallway for me. Had to take it out of the box to get it into my living room but it was easy to set up, the back just slots into the chair and you connect all the wires, plug it in and away you go. Just brilliant!

  Real leather and not artificial.

  These recliners are the nicest and most comfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in. The firmness of the whole chair is perfection and not to soft or hard. The electric recliner is set at a perfect speed and the massage facilities and heated back a real bonus and when checking with my smart meter hardly use any electricity. The size proportions are just nice being 860mm wide and plenty of room and not to high. I was very impressed by the general appearance and colour. The Delivey service was spot on and the whole order come together not in two separate deliveries as some of the other chairs and very simple to put together. Another bonus is these are real leather and not artificial. This is the first review I’ve ever left for anything I’ve bought from Amazon. A very happy customer with these chairs ?

  Would Not Buy Again

  Hear on the chair is great but you can onlyUse it with the massage function. Massage is ok but not as great as my last chair. Also the comfort isn’t too great. Had this chair for 6 months and you can really feel the massage pads poking through and the lumbar support on the chair is rubbish I have to pop a small pillow in my lumbar for support. Would not buy again.Update 2020. The chair still massages but is now terrible to sit on. The foam has squashed so no padding left and just the hard massage parts poking through. Ok if you can use it as a massage only chair but useless if you want to sit on it as an armchair for any relaxation. I will replace as soon as I can

  Fantastic value for money chair!

  Fantastic chair....well worth the mone. Like many others was dubious ordering a chair online, glad i went ahead after reading other reviews. Delivery was fab, ordered Last Monday afternoon & it was here in scotland by Wednesday morning So comfortable, I suffer bad sciatica & the heat & massage functions are amazing! Have been more than grateful of it this weekend due to decorating and back playing up....wee seat in chair with massage on & ahhhh brilliant. So pleased with this going to order another for my Dad.

  Great chairs, delivery no so great

  I ordered two chairs based on reviews and recommendations. I received both two heavy boxes and two lightweight boxes. The heavy boxes arrived damaged which I assumed was just down to the way they were lifted out of the van, however as I live in a flat the delivery men were not going to take these up the lift to my front door, so I had to do all this myself. This I perceive as being lazy workmen. Anyway, once there were inspected and built up there was no damage on both chairs and the heat/massage vibrate function work on them very well. One of them has a slight clunk when reclining and looking underneath the chair when extended I can see some light wear where both scissor arms were rubbing together, so I solved this with some Vaseline grease, and all is now fine. Time will tell how long the chairs stand up to regular use.

  Very pleased with this chair was a little hesitant to buy online for something like this , I really shouldn't have been its very comfortable around medium firmness so you dont sink into it and struggle to get up you feel very well supported in it . The massage and heat work great soothing any aches/pains all in all I am extreamly pleased the chair.

  SELLER UNHELPFUL/MASSAGE HEATER FUNCTIONS BROKE DOWN WITH LITTLE USE

  This is the third recliner I have bought ( 2 were from another seller) I have hardly used the massage/heater function but after 8 months of little use since purchase I found this didn’t work . Seller will only replace not refund nor are they willing to replace with a different recliner. My reasoning is if it gives TROUBLE AFTER very little use WHY WOULD I WANT A REPLACEMENT OF EXACTLY THE SAME ONE? Very disappointed in service from the seller & that I can’t reach amazon on the phone for advice. I have tried asking the seller lots of times. If you really think this recliner is right for your pocket and needs that’s fine but be warned some of the functions may only last a year if you’re lucky..!It’s not as good as it looks in the photo and not as comfortable as the others I have nor does it recline back as far as the others. Nor do I find it comfortable to use the drink holder section but sorry I can’t recall why.Wish I had never bought it ...!
