Customer questions and answers
- Does it make any noise?yes it does make a noise but for the cost of fire it is acceptable
- Can this be fitted directly under a television ?No. The heat output from the fire comes directly from the top of the unit. This would lead to a significant fire risk if the television and fire were to be on at the same time, or in fact, too close to each other.
- Does the timer clear off the screen after so long or does it stay on?Yeah timer goes off after around 30 seconds or so.
- What are the measurements of the recess?I assume it’s the recess to the rear of the unit, it approx 70mm, I fitted the unit 5 month ago in an apartment and it’s perfect
