  Well worth the price

  Bought this to replace an old fire which was well passed its lifespan. You do need to remove the bracket from the fire itself and then screw to the wall, or wherever else you want it. It comes with ‘attachable feet’ so it can be used freestanding if required. Great warmth and really looks nice with room lights turned off. I’m very pleased and well worth the price

  Looks very nice when fitted. Don't expect it to heat your room quickly, but it does the job given time. We use it to supplement our existing room heating on very cold nights. The appliance has the appearance of a more expensive product. Very happy with my purchase.

  Very elegant

  Absolutley love my new fire.Slightly smaller than I expected (I didn't check measurements so my fault) but it is very good value for money.Only slight downfall is a couple of the wee stones have slight chips, bits missing nothing major and easily hid.Overall a good buy ?

  I was never expecting amazing but didn't even get great

  Arrived very quickly. I do however feel that this was expensive for what it is. I was never expecting amazing but didn't even get great! It doesn't look nice when its switched on and you literally having to be standing over it to feel the heat coming off it. In one word Disappointed!

  Was wet

  Item.was wet in box and had a brown rusty water all over bottom of fire. It had ob6 been wet for some time. Not safe at allReturned to Amazon

  Great value for money

  £110 for an electric fire insert is a no brainer. Good clean lines, sufficient back lighting and simple operation. Nothing more to say!

  Cheap and Nasty

  Not what I expected it to be... Very disappointed .. no visual flame effect. = Plus the stones (Horrid Plastic} rubbish,keep falling down the front.. It will be in the Bin as soon as I find one that is better than this.. The adage= See=before you buy.. is the right way

  I returned it as it was not what I wanted. It was cheap and when it arrived I could see why.
