The fire arrived in one piece so no assembly required and for an electric ‘log burner’ it looks really realistic. The flames on the back screen are much better than I anticipated and give a warm cosy feeling even when you don’t need the heat. I added a faux flue pipe and hearth pad both from Amazon and this whole set up cost around £230 - total bargain. All set up for winter in a matter of minutes!

Also a place to put logs adds to the impact of fire. We purchased the fire for our summerhouse and the heater even at 1kw setting is very effective. Great purchase, we love it!
