  Arrived well packaged and in good order. Easy to assemble and install. 5 different flame settings which can be used without heat function. Mood lighting setting looks great too. Is very quiet even when heat is on. Remote control easy to use. Looks brilliant and finishes off my lounge perfect. I just love it.

  This unit far exceeded my expectations, certainly the flame effect is the most realistic that I seen anywhere. It does not provide any fixing methods to attach it to a wall and to get it to push up to a wall it is necessary to remove a section of skirting board. This I did and bought two steel brackets to fix to the wall which are accessible if you leave the mantle piece removable. Assembly was complicated by it being delivered without assembly instruction. It is still an outstanding unit in my book.

  Excellent flame effects

  With the exception of one piece incorrect but company response was excellent . Sent replacement and telephoned us. Not sur if u can replace the flame effects lights doesn't mention this in the instructions, only the mood lights can b replaced has far has I can tell. Need to confirm this with the company.otherwise excellent service .
