  A lovely piece, just be aware that is a fan heater..

  + Is a wonderful fireplace heater, lovely colors, it makes our house so cozy,- I did not realize was going to be a bit noisy! Is a fan heater so you hear it when it's working..Overall we are happy as the fire feature makes our place so homey and cozy ...but if you don't like the noise of a fan heater maybe look for another option :-)

  Best electric fire i have ever bought

  This is the third fire we have bought like this. We bought the first two a few years ago and this one recently. They are superb fires. They are very efficient we use ours when the weather is bitter or before heating systems are on. The room heats immediately.They are slimline so look attractive as well.Thoroughly recommend to anyone

Removed old gas fire and put this in its place, does exactly what we bought it for, gives a nice effect flame for the evenings and cold dark miserable days. Central heating does the rest, heating on fire works okay but we don't use it for that, would recommend.

  we absolutely LOVE it! Looks so smart & everyone admires it. Love the variety of back lighting too. It gives a comforting glow & the flames are so realistic. So easy to install. Completely changed our lounge to the 21st century!!

  Great fire, looks good, and for the money good value. The first fire, had a defect. And being a dinosaur, don't know how to send it back, and panicked. But just got in touch with the seller, an no problems, sorted and drop off and pick up, the second fire is brill. Thanks Chris.

  Wonderful fire

  Speedy delivery Beautiful fire Appreciated email prior to delivery with lots of pertinent advice so I was aware of what to advise the "we don't need instructions" men in the family to easily assemble and install the fire. All visitors have commented on how lovely it looks and everyone is surprised it was not more expensive Initially can sounds noisy but soon becomes less noticeable

  You get what you pay for

  My product did not come with instructions however the company did email this over when I bought to there attention.The flames are not very Realistic and unfortunately any remote control seems to active the fire place while on.

  Great communication from seller and easy installation

  The fire arrived promtly after ordering, I received an email from the seller before it arrived which told me how to test that it was working before mounting and installation. This email was very helpful and aided the installation process. The fire itself is sleek and modern, with two main different power settings and multiple lighting colours (red, yellow and blue) which gives the option of creating different effects. It was easy to install and looks great on the wall.
