- Hello I purchased this and love it but the bulb has gone. Can i easily replace it and if so what bulb ? Thank youOne of the two bulbs in one I bought for Xmas has failed too. Easily replaced by removing 2 screws and withdrawing log-effect. Bulbs are 25 Watt G9 halogen (2)
- Is this cream? I bought it and it's like a grey colour. Has everyone else had cream?I just ordered this and hope that it is almost a grey colour since my décor is silver grey mostly.
- I dont like the comb effect inside glass can it be taken outDear Irene, Yes it can be removed, I did it last night to mine and it looks better. There are two black screws that hold it in. They are accessible by opening the door and you can see them behind the comb. They are Philips type heads and, on mine, were easy to remove. Best Regards, Kevin Arnold
- Will it do a good job of heating up a very cold conservatory?I only use mine as backup heating if I'm really cold. I guess it would heat up a conservatory (have experience) but costly and don't forget heat rises so get warm slippers!
