• Where are the neons lights
  Hello, so sorry to be totally unhelpful, but havent the faintest idea?! There is a choice of log or coal finish, and both are lit from beneath, so resemble embers. Check finish carefully before accepting btw... particularly inside door, front panel underneath the 'fire' aperture. And casing, as potential for damage in transit. It is not a metal finish so the casing would be cracked rather than bumped. Would suggest checking the back edge of the corners for example. Best wishes CM see less

• Where are the neon lights for the remote control on the fore
  The neon lights show up at the back/inside of the fire behind the logs/coals. If you point and press the remote once = one neon, two presses = two neons and three presses = three neons. You need to be down at a low level to see them and they only stay on for a few seconds. Hope this helps!

• CAn I still use my dimplex chevalier fire if it starts beeping
  Not quite sure what you mea as it beeps when it first goes on which is fine but never heard anything further.

• Can the remote turn just the light feature on only without heat?
  Yes it can . We often have just that feature on as use as more of a focal point than heat source.
