Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 December 2020Recommend itA brilliant dish rack. I have 2 kids under 5, so the amount of cups/plates and other stuff, is infinite everyday. A really good purchase and I would recommend it. The detachable drip tray is a welcomed bonus.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 January 2021Great!Just what i needed. Makes the sink area look so much tidier. I placed the cutlery and Cup holders on one end. Due to the configuration of my cupboards and window i can only drain 2/3 diner plates at the top. Works for me though. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.P.s. The drip tray was located underneath a piece of cardboard at the bottom of the box.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 August 2021Good Looking Roomy DrainerThis drainer was very easy to assemble - no screws - just a slot in method. At first I thought it would not be very stable as it has 3 tiers, unlike my old 2 tier one. However it is fine with 3 dinner plates, roasting dish, glass serving dish and baking trays on the top deck. Also roomier than my old one, the bottom deck is high enough to fit a pint measuring jug. I would never put drinking glasses on the side rack but it holds plastic mugs well, and the cutlery tray is high enough sided to support long cooking utensils. The black plastic finish gives a neat appearance. My only reservation is that its feet are the same as my old one, i.e. a metal part in a plastic runner, which I fear may rust as the old one did, admittedly not for a long time. Otherwise I recommend it.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 April 2021Nice, Modern DrainerI purchased this dish drainer as I have been looking at them for a while and decided to try this one out as price wise it's one of the more competitively priced ones.It came extremely well packaged with easy & clear instructions on how to assembly. It's a great size and a lovely colour. It supports the dishes really well, hasn't fallen over & nothing has fallen off it. Definitely very sturdy!!I would highly recommend this to anyone - great value for money.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 August 2021OKAY BUT......The assembly instruction are far from clear but managed to work it out in the end. It holds everything well but the whole structure is a bit wobbly??? Don't know if it's meant to be that way or if the lack of clear instructions means it's assembled incorrectly. However it hasn't collapsed and as long as it remains rust free it'll do. It does look nice. The separate Cutlery drainer is a bit of a rubbish design though. Nothing stays upright! Cutlery either falls through the gaps in the rack or falls flat on the bottom- especially teaspoons.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 July 2021Holds plates and bowls securely, good designGood rack that holds plates and many different shapes of bowls. Rather expensive for what it is at £26, when i got it.I have used this design for about 10 years now in different houses. Will eventually rust as the paint flakes off around the bolts, but lasts about 5 years.Does not look to cheap either. Would buy again but hopefully at a better price next time!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 September 2020Worth?I love this item, much better than my old one. Lager than what i think,it have three layer. Given a drain tray at bottom level this is an added bonus asand not left to drip onto kitchen ware below. It’s worth buying!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 August 2021Does the jobI wanted plate rack to store plates etc. not drain.. Getting awkward bending down to cupboard. This is perfect, straight from dishwasher to drainer. Looks ok, 18 plates, 6 dishes and mugs on bottom.certainly solved my problem. Obviously would also do the job it is intended to do.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 February 2021Strong, practical, good quality. This is great as it has 3 layers, I was scared at first to put all the heavy dinner plates on the top level but it has stood up fine. It has useful parts for cutlery though the cup hangers are not practical. I've had it a while and ther are no signs of rust or wear, I would buy again.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 August 2021Well designed drainerVery sturdy unit, suitable for many dishes, very easy to assemble. Definitely value for money.Love the sliding tray at the bottom to empty water and enables my sink unit to keep water stain free
Customer questions and answers
- well made or not ?I have found it perfect and very stable.
- Is it stainless?Hi. We have been pleased with this purchase (although still fairly early days). Well made, sturdy and because there are no screws, the part which we found always rusted, at this time there are no stains on the dish rack. It is chrome plated so not supposed to rust.
- is the measurement quoted correct? I only have 27 cm depth? ThanksI have 3 trays as pictured and measure 50 cm from top to bottom on ends. Hope this helps
- What colour is this item please? The two tier rack. ThanksBlack and Crome
