Start cooking on the hob then use the handle to move the pan to the oven. Minus the handle, each pan doubles as an ovenproof dish – ideal for those dishes you start off by frying on the hob then finish in the oven. With its sparkling grey exterior, Ingenio Elegance cookware also makes a beautiful serving dish once the handle is removed. So, you can go straight from oven to table.
Once cooled, these practical pans can also be used to store leftovers in the fridge – just attach the Ingenio airtight lid. You can even reheat food in the same cookware. Better still, these pots and pans are dishwasher safe! This is cooking made simple.

Ingenio features Tefal's durable Resistium non-stick coating, which is extremely resistant and can be used with metal utensils (except whisks and knives). - Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 March 2019Compact WokMy large wok is now defunct so I had to get a replacement, I have the Tefal Ingenio range so I thought I should get a wok from the same range. This wok is very compact (26cm dia), the most amount of people you will be able to cook for in this wok is 3 people (where'as my previous wok could easily cook for 6 people, but storage wasn't easy). On the plus side it's easy to use (totaly non-stick and smaller) easy to clean and easy to store. If you have the Tefal Ingenio Stainless Steel Steamer with Glass Lid, the glass lid from the steamer will fit on the wok perfectly.

I can put all of them in the oven without the handles and can serve from them at the table. Storage in the cupboards now is so easy. Overall, I am very pleased but I am noticing that the handles are scratching off the coating around the edges. However that won't stop me from adding to my collection!

Food doesn't stick and it is easy to wash. Highly recommend where space is at a premium. Having said that I will probably treat myself in the future to the induction set for in my home.

This is way easier and works well. Happy with my purchase. Also great price.
