- Is the 28cm/20cm measurement the width of the whole pan, or the width of the flat cooking area? Thanks :)Measurements are the diameter of the whole pan, flat cooking surface of 28cm pan is 21cm and the 20cm is 13.5cm. Very good pans, hope this helps.
- Do the pans come with lids?No and standard lids will not fit as these pans are under-size! Beware!

- Are these dishwasher safeAccording to my dishwasher anything made of aluminium should not be washed in a dishwasher. I would not take the chance.
