- In the 20 piece set why are there no lidsThe 20cm set includes 16cm, 18cm & 20cm Plastic Hermetic Lids, 1 Anti-Splatter lid and a draining lid.
- Can anyone please tell me if the easy on pans have stainless steel rims?No the pans are aluminum
- My 18cm pan is badly scratched due to my daughter using a metal potato masher. They were purchased last year. Is it covered under non scratch guaranteI have an ingenio set bought 5yrs ago, and it clearly stated metal utensils COULD be used except knives & whisks (it was that specific). I would have thought that still applies.
- Can you leave the handle on when its cooking on the hob?For a long-lasting Ingenio handle we recommend that you remove the handle during cooking when it is not required to prevent it from overheating and ensure its durability.
