- Is the cable at the back of the fire or side?The cable comes out the back of the fire at floor level
- Is there a way to chnge the flame colour? Mine look pinky/purple rather than orange as in the pics.There are different brightness settings , we prefer the lower two and like the changing blue/purple streaks over the reddish orange main lights . There is no way of changing the main reddish orange colour that I Know of, Hope this helps. The heater is very effective
