- Is this item guaranteed and if so how long ?I don't think there is a guarantee with this item. Certainly when purchasing the item there is no paperwork to register for a guarantee. You will only get about 12 months out of it anyway.
- My lights are going out on my Dimplex Otymist fire after about 30seconds before any smoke , , could this be the transducerMy transducer failed, then there was no smoke, but the lights stayed on. The lights only seem to go out when the water runs out. A new transistor fixed it. However once the water tank needs refilling the lights will go out (as they are meant to).
- What is the voltage at transducerIt does not state the voltage but as it is UK market the standard voltage is 220/240 it works absolutely fine.
- Will this work on a dimplex gosford fireYes it will. It’s the one I have and replaced this part a few days ago
