- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 July 2018I wouldn't botherWithin 1 hour of erecting the gazebo it had completely buckled and what should have been the reinforcing struts which were pop riveted together had buckled and snapped in half and so the gazebo collapsed on the floor. The cover appears to be fine but the frame is completely useless. I have received a full refund from the seller after providing photographs of the damage.I could not recommend this product to anyone.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 July 2018Bought two. Both faulty.Ordered two, both were faulty. One of the clips to hold up legs were broken on both of these, so could not securely put either of them up . The seams looked like they were sewn by a five year old. Really messy. One box even had a load of threads in it and a feather amongst them. Honestly, I think these were returns as both boxes had been opened and stuck back together with tape. Unscrupulous to say the least.I went for the cheapest option and now I’m regretting it as I had to buy two more from elsewhere for an event and am still waiting for a reply requesting a refund. Boxes now just cluttering up the house.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 August 2019Very disappointing productWe assembled this product the morning of the show for the first time after we had purchased it and as we put it up we noticed, when fully assembled, that it wasn’t overly sturdy, so we took extra precaution and tied it down to the gates. An hour after putting it up we noticed the frame at the top was starting to cave in the way, so we tied back the frame to the gates tight so that it shouldn’t bend anymore. We received a call, while we were walking around the show to say that our gazebo had collapsed and the people, who had contacted us, had tried to tie it to the gates to stop it folding anymore. We returned to find the gazebo completely ruined as shown in photos. There were over 50 other gazebos there that day and no other person had an issue with there’s as it was not a particularly windy day. I would definitely not recommend this product and very disappointed in the fact we wasted this amount of money on a product that we didn’t get any use out of .
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2019THE VIDEO CLIP IS INCORRECTI wanted an easy to assemble pop up gazebo. The one I had before was just that but I needed a new one. The video clip showed me just what I wanted. However, when I got it out of the box, the green canopy was separate to the structure. I had to drape the canopy over the top of the structure instead of it being in place already. You need 2 or more people to achieve this. Then when I managed to fully assemble it, there was a tear in the roof of the canopy. The box it came in was slightly damaged and there was a slight tear also on the green cover. Needless to say, I am disappointed in this product.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 August 2020Save your money, VERY SHODDY workmanship on the gazebo cover, look else where.Bought this a few months ago and already its starting to perish (see photo's). Velcro straps starting to come off (pic's 1 & 5), stitching on the roof seams starting to fray and come apart (pic's 2 & 4) and leg strap fell apart first time of use so I had to re stitch it (pic 3). I contacted the company via Amazon several weeks ago as requested voicing my concerns and sent these photographs, but as yet nobody from the manufacturer or Amazon has bothered to get back to me.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 May 2021Poor build quality, poor quality control. This gazebo came with several working legs. Three to be precise. Of course, it needs four working legs. The fourth leg did not extend fully, in fact the lower part of the fourth leg was jammed in the telescopic leg and wouldn't extend. (It had essentially fallen back into the leg and we were unable to get it out.)We ended up propping it up on a bale of straw to provide some cover during a rainy weekend.Even if the leg had extended, the build quality and finish of this gazebo is poor.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 July 2018It is easy and quick to put up and is attractive in ...This (so far) seems to do exactly what I wanted. It is easy and quick to put up and is attractive in the garden. One of the leg flaps didn't have the hook on it to attach to the leg but that is relatively minor. We haven't had any wind yet. I think some sort of air vent in the top would have been a good design addition - to let air through particularly in a wind - and perhaps to let the bugs out. Otherwise though, for the price paid (£50) it is good value. It was also delivered very promptly - before the expected delivery date.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 August 2020Disappointed and surprisedI Bought this product a year ago and opened it yesterday for the first time. We have had a death in the family and family members came round to pay their respects , the bag was opened and we tried to assemble the gazebo following the instructions . This proved impossible as a main strut was snapped and part of the frame was bent . i feel as if I have beed duped and wasted my money plus the embarrassment of all the guests .Please can the supplier contact me and advise me what to do next. Thank you
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 May 2020Utter and complete rubbish .The whole item is flimsy and poorly put togetherWent up ok and down but on this weekend we attempted to reelection it and it was a disasterThe poppers in the legs had become detatached in the legs and attempts to erect gazebo resulted in a great deal of damage to cross members. The gauge of steel and rivets is appalling and I am preparing a dossier for trading standards. No one expects such Rubbish from Amazon, but are standards falling. To add insult to injury price has increased by £20.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 August 2019Breaks very easily waste of moneyVery easy to put up, but on day 3 one of the corners had popped out and it isn't fixable. I want to return the product in order to exchange it for another one, but this is impossible as I no longer have the original large box it came in and the item is extremely heavy and I can't wrap it up in paper, and Amazon don't give the return option of it being collected from your house.Don’t waste your time with this item unless you want a broken tent that is good for the bin.

Ironically, I only left my review yesterday to say how happy I was with my new gazebo. Today, I came back to it buckled and completely distorted and beyond repair. Now, I do appreciate that they are not strong in wind and rain but my old gazebo next to it withstood the mild breezes today . I take full responsibility but would say, as gazebos go, this one is not the strongest. As for spare legs, I wonder if it is worth it. Sorry i could not be of more help. see less
- Hi, can you tell me the valence headroom please? ( headroom) at the sides.cheers.It is 178 cm from ground to edge of covering. Hope that helps.
- Can you add sides to this Gazebo ?You should be able to add sides. Ones that come with Velcro and ties.
- How do we attach the canvas to the top, I assumed it would come ready to pop up, not in bits.build the frame first then put the canvas top over then you have velcro tabs to secure top to the frame one little tip put gorrila tape round where the frames slot in if in doubt go on youtube type in how to erect kingfisher gazebo it will show you.
