  Great Gazebo, Super Seller

  I bought this item to provide some shelter from the blazing sun for a planned BBQ party for my birthday, I didn't want my guests to get sunstroke or similar. It's just the right size for my little garden, plenty of headroom and a very classy creamy colour. The thing was extremely easy to erect and the framework is very sturdy. I can see it lasting for many summers and it folds up into a small but very high quality bag for the winter.It ships with four tidy-looking bags which you can fill with sand to hold the legs down but I didn't bother, using the guy ropes to hold everything down securely. Some outdoor lights draped around the framework and some artfully draped material around the legs and lo! you have a beautiful outdoor summer palace.As it happens, the night of the Great Summer BBQ came with lashing rain but, impressively, nobody got wet as the thing is totally waterproof. I wish I'd ordered a couple of sides though! I think I will do this soon. The BBQ was perfectly fine under cover but I got a bit moist.I'd highly recommend this item. The delivery was very quick and the quality is excellent. A friend bought a cheaper alternative and the rain came straight through, so I think it was money well spent!Edit: I bought the sides and they are just as high quality as the roof. You get two long sides with Windows in (shaped like the arch window), one short side with a door in and one solid side. It all connects together securely with Velcro etc so you can add as many or few sides as you like.

  Great to start with, but then...

  The product looked great when it arrived, but any breeze makes the frame rise and fall with a very audible screetching noise. As it flex's, fixings in the frame have worn through the canvas and it has started to rip in several places, plus in one corner. This is noticeable when it is dismantled, so not obvious at first.Its only been up a few times and is disappointing that the roof is damaged by its own frame already. I cant leave it up over a period of time because the noise the frame makes sounds like a rusty hinge all night.Tried to return but the Amazon system has rejected because its past 3 months. Thats just poor!

  Not up to expectations - didn't last a day

  First time out of the box, putting it up, not one but two 'outside side struts' snapped where they scissor, rendering the entire gazebo useless (like photos in other reviews). I phoned the supplier who purport to have a 1 year warranty on the frame. They sent two replacement struts which took 30mins to carefully replace (no instructions); the broken shards of metal were sharp and dangerous and could have easily slashed the cover material. All the pins / joints were bent making this quite difficult to extract as everything interconnects so it can popup. When re-assembled, the corner post buckled just below the metal dot which bears the weight of the canopy. Couldn't believe my (lack of) luck.Gazebo couldn't be taken down easily as metal of the corner post was now buckled and the corner clamp couldn't get over the buckled metal. Communicated with the suppliers who said it wasn't covered by warranty and to return it to Amazon for a replacement (except Amazon are now out of stock).So much for any kind of warranty on the frame! Don't believe the advert or product description - my experience is that there is no 1 year warranty on the frame!!!! That is false advertising, misleading at best.It is much heavier than the cheap gazebos but struggles to hold its own weight. It is quite top heavy which didn't help.Amazon have agreed to collect the broken Gazebo and pay for return postage (which was more than thirty-five quid) so I have a lot of respect for Amazon. Such a shame All Seasons Gazebos can't stay up for more than an hour on a pleasant day in May, not even long enough to fit spare parts to it!

  Frame weak.... so disapointed used twice!!!!!

  ordered this as was perfect for garden use when raining easy to pop up and down, second time of using it, i went to assemble it and the frame has snapped even tho i was assemble the correct and safest way!!! so disappointed in this was looking for ages and was convinced this was very good for the money.... wish i put more money into this and brought a more expensive and quality one, used twice and frame snapped and thread coming apart!!! poor quality product.

  Superb and stylish

  So easy to set up - takes 2 people about 20 mins initially to install the canopy for the fist time. After the canopy is installed it only takes about 5 mins with 2 moving each leg out a bit at a time. Takes 4 people about 1 minute it's that easy! Takes the same time to collapse (you keep the canopy attached after first set up).Side panels are expensive so we are using our old gazebo side panels for now and they are fine for now, but will invest in the proper ones at dome point because the fabric quality of the gazebo is excellent.The roof suspension is great - creates a feeling of space and importantly protects it from being taken by the wind!Height is adjustable which is great as you can have higher for a 'standing' party of lower to help keep warmth in for a 'sitting party.I'm using outdoor fairy lights for lighting across the diagonal and long sides of the gazebo and this works excellently for lighting.Comes with ropes, pegs and (empty) sand bags to help with stability and there are holes in the legs if you want to attach directly to the ground.It is pretty heavy although possible to lift by 1 fairly strong person.Comes with a bag with wheels, which helps keep it tidy and good for moving, though my one criticism is the bag could do with being a few inches bigger - getting it in the bag is the hardest part of the whole process - it will fit, but needs to be packed carefully and takes 2 to squeeze it in! There's no way it will take side panels as well!Apart from that the gazebo is superb - I almost bought another brand which was £200 with side panels (I paid £199 for the All Seasons without panels - they'll cost another £150 or so from All Seasons). I'm glad I spent the extra money on All Seasons - this Gazebo will clearly last many years and we'll get a lot of use out of it. We've had cheaper brands in the past and this is far superior. You can also buy the canopy separately if something happens.My friends and family are all super impressed with it - I expect All Seasons will have future customers! :)

  Waterproof and Sturdy Gazebo.

  We ordered this gazebo for 2 main reasons.1. To reduce the reflection of the sun on the patio to the large doors we have at home. This has proved to be very useful.2. To be able to use this as cover in case of inclement weather ( rain) and this meant that we were able to use this when having a BBQ recently. It is 100% waterproof and was tested during the recent rains in early-mid June.I have used gazebos prior to this and was therefore used to erecting such. We did put this away with the canopy still attached.Useful tip.....when collapsing the qazebo, ensure all Velcro’s attachments are undone prior to the collapse.

  Having purchased pop up type gazebos before, the first and most apparent thing is the build quality.There is a higher level again but you will definitely feel it in price. These are reasonably priced by comparison and very, very good.Doing some works on our rather large out house and so, most everything from in there is now stored outside under cover of these gazebos.Have withstood random heavy showers, medium winds and all other elements for going in 3 weeks now - No sign of failure. Brilliant

  Excellent service from rohan, would recommend to anyone needing a sturdy product, went up in minutes, was wind/waterproof, then was taken down and put in its bag in minutes

  We bought this gazebo so that we could spend time outside with family at Easter. It arrived quickly and is so easy to assemble. My husband and I are used to assembling things together and found it really simple taking about 10 minutes all told to unpack, assemble and erect the gazebo. A spring clip in one leg had broken so we had to improvise but I wrote to the supplier who immediately authorised a replacement leg which arrived quickly. We haven't actually swapped the legs yet as we haven't needed to use the gazebo again but I don't anticipate any issues.We are delighted with the gazebo, the speed with which it was delived and how easy it is to use.It came with a storage bag which is brilliant and on wheels for easy transport to the garden shed or wherever you will store the gazebo. It is currently outside on our sheltered patio and is coping with rain, snow and wind in more or less equal amounts!I was delighted with the swift service from the supplier to replace the broken part. It is always good to know that the supplier cares beyond just taking your money.I would definitely recommend this product.

  Looks good in the box if it had all been delivered!

  Arrived on 4th Aug 2020, Courier eventually found and handed over one long box from the van, left,then ran back again to take a photo of it.On going to open the box, noticed someone had hand written "box 1 of 2" on it. Inside found the pop up gazebo frame, sandbags, ropes and pegs but no roof canopy or wheeled storage bag. Reported this by phone to Amazon customer services, who stated there should be 2 boxes on this consignment. Do not understand why, when the despatch email noted two tracking numbers and Amazon confirmed this, that the second box could not be located.Perhaps its because there are 2 labels stuck on the box I received with 2 different tracking numbers!Not amused since I wanted this gazebo to shade my car now its very hot and sunny here in the south east but then not totally surprised either as this is not the first order involving EU Sarl which never materialised.Thank you Anita at Amazon for your help with the refund and understanding that a gazebo without a roof is pretty useless.
