  This is the best gazebo we have ever had/used and we have used quite a few. It's very easy to erect and you can feel the strength of the frame as you are putting it up. The configuration of the supports make it very sturdy and as shown in its advertising it can hold firm under excessive weight. The canopy material is waterproof and fits very well. We had the gazebo up during the high winds of Feb and March 2019 and it was excellent. Highly recommended.

  Arrived on time but the location pin was out of alignment. I have now realigned pin my self. Tried to contact seller by phone and email if i could use wd40 on pins. And to see how much it would be for side panels for gazebo will not answer phone or reply to emails.

  On arrival I was quite pleased with this item until I read the instruction sheet. Apparently it is necessary to take this, and I quote the suppliers description, this robust and sturdy gazebo if it rains or if it gets windy. I have no intention of doing this so to allow for this little problem I contacted the supplier to order a spare covering only to be told there were none in stock, non expected and unsure if they would ever be in stock again. If you live in a totally wind and rain free environment this is the gazebo for you.

  Substantial piece of kit, strong enough to withstand almost anything mother nature might throw at it weather-wise and will definitely not pond or retain water, even after a very heavy shower. Took two of us some time to erect owing to its weight and some very stiff joointing blocks but worth it in the end. Disappointed that the incorrect assembly instructions were sent and that part of the valance had been machine stitched out of shape (makes the gazebo look like it is lop-sided), so Quality Control Department at factory needs to up their game a little!I added my own leg weights to improve stability and would advise other purchasers to do the same. Used it for the first time yesterday at my BBQ party and was pleased at its performance and the comments from my guests.Overall, a good purchase.

  Awning was well packed and arrived on time. Very heavy and needs two people with strength to assemble as it's like putting up a giant umbrella. Very sturdy overall - don't know about water resistance as it hasn't rained yet. Very pleased overall.

  Product is good. The only thing I would say is maybe the cover could be a little thicker. I put it up and the cover had a few pinholes. I am disappointed in seller response to question I asked over a week and no answer back

  We like how big this is. It's high, too. The cover seems good quality. The first time we put it up took about 10 minutes, but now we can do it in less than 5.It's not quite as sturdy as we thought it would be and we take it down if the breeze gets up, but that's because it goes up on a hard standing and we can't use the pins to fix it properly. Overall, we're pleased with this purchase and it's proving very useful

  Have bought many gazebos in the past which have all gone to the gazebo graveyard in the sky ! Bought this one without sides as it fits a treat on our patio surrounded by a wall and fences so not needed. Put up just before the heavens opened and kept everyone dry all night.. here's hoping it will last a little longer as it seems very sturdy so far
