- We have assembled the chair but cannot get it to recline or move at all in any directionThere's a handle down on the right hand side, you need to loosen it off and push yourself back to recline it, as for the swivel, there's no bearings it's just friction, you have to push to either side, the massage and heat work fine, but tbh I use it as a video gaming chair, it's comfy and not too heavy to move about.
- Is the chair comfy and softI find mine quite comfy. Leather is cold to sit on though.
