Without being specific, this is a sturdy and well-built chair and I believe that it would accommodate all but the heaviest of adults
2Is cushion removable

3Hi are they really chesterfield chairs please thank you
Chesterfield refers to the style rather than the maker......i.e leather , deep buttoned and in this case "Queen Anne" style....but all that aside it is a great product, well made and very comfortable....good value for money too!
4Could this fit through a 28 inch wide doorframe?
We managed, with some clever angling and rotation, to get it through a 26 inch doorframe. We had to remove the legs to do so, but they were easily put back on. I doubt you'll even need to do this if the doorframe is a couple of inches wider.

- ★★★★★ Most satisfactory!Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 April 2020This is an excellent chair, both in design and quality. It is very comfortable, but also provides good support for the back (and sleepy head!). It's quite expensive, but the old adage 'You get what you pay for' is still true. Delivery was early and the driver carried it into the house and unpacked it. Altogether, a very satisfactory buying experience.
