  good quality chair that we are really pleased with. Only concern is that it was purchased as a replacement for another chair we had that broke down and the size of this chair was same specs as old chair but when my dad who the chair is for tries to use the rise bit of the chair he has to slide forward or his feet don't touch the floor as he is a little on short side at 5 foot 3 so something that people may want to think about. Other than that it looks good and so far its worked really good

  Brilliant customer aftercare

  My father loves this chair , he has arthritis and is quite immobile but this has given him back a bit of independence when rising and sitting ...unfortunately the chair developed a fault after a couple of months ,the company that supplied it couldn't be more helpful and I'm pleased to say chair is now fully functional again ...thank you for your outstanding service .

  I am disabled through arthritis and my riser recliner had stopped working so needed something reasonably priced I looked at the reviews and the for far outweighed the negatives but don't get caught like me. I have had the chair a month it is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. It seems to have 2 hard springs on the seat which means you cannot get comfortable. If you move to unevenly the chair tips causing you to fall out. One of the arms on my weak side has gone into a huge large solid lump so have to put a cushion on it for ease. I do not recommend this chair at all. I am unable to send back as I have not kept the box but this chair I would class as unusable and a total waste of money

  It arrived quickly which was great. It is not all that comfortable as you feel like you are sitting bolt upright if not slightly forward -some may like this. You can't move the backrest back slightly backward without the footrest coming up.I guess I am a bit of a fool in taking it literally that the seat was heated. I have now found out that only the lumber region i.e. the lower back heats slightly, it is not even warm. There is no setting for the amount of heat that you want. The actual seat of the chair - where your bum goes - does not heat up as per the advert. Bar the initial sitting position and heating the rest is what it says on the advert. I had to ask the supplier three times what gets hot on the chair before they answered my question.I bought it for my father-in-law who gets very cold and is frail but it is unused as he finds it too uncomfortable and it does not get warm.

  Comfort of chair and affordability

  When I received my chair on Wednesday the packaging was badly damaged, on opening box containing base or chair found leather was ripped. I informed Amazon and the maker emailed me on Thursday after about 10 emails it was decided the base would have to be replaced, this arrived on Friday. Again the packing was damaged but chair was perfect. It’s the most comfortable seat I have ever had and am now glued to it, easy to use remote and everything is perfect. Well done Amazon. The maker should be wary of packaging and transportation, use stronger cardboard

  Good value for your money

  We were worried the boxes would not fit through our door (reviews) as the door is narrow but it came in two boxes and both came through easily. I did have to offer to help the man bring it in as he was on his own and the large box was heavy. The chair came in two parts and was very easy to assemble, there are no instructions but you dont need any as it is self explanitary. The chair is comfortable and looks good and just what my husband needed.

  The chair appeared reasonable quality and good value for money. Deliver was quick, the delivery man asked me if I could help him but because I have a bad back I politely refused.Three chair thought comfortable and the motor worked well, was not comfortable for me this was just personal to me. The angle of recline made my back worst. Other members of my family found it ok.Therefore I requested a refund and they agreed though at 39.99 cost to me which is acceptable.Repackaged the chair now just waiting for pick up and refund.Overall good service, shame chair didn't work or out for me.Will buy one from high street by trying out first.

  Just the job who doesn't like to relax with a heated massage in front of the telly. Better than expected for the money

  The massage could be stronger on it, the heat is great for my back though! It would be perfect if the chair could’ve raised legs slightly higher when laying back. Over all good chair for the price!

  This product arrived 2 days after ordering with standard delivery. Great service. Very simple to put together. Really comfy and we'll padded. The massage has several settings and is wonderfully soothing. Great value for money.
