Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 November 2017Perfect for tall folk - supportive, comfortable and good lookingForm an orderly queue, we all want to sit in this - ordered this for my 6ft 2 height husband as the backrest height was tall - what can I say - we ALL love the recliner, we wish we had four!!! It's very comfortable and offers a nice firm sitting experience, you don't sink into the chair, it offers excellent support if you have any back/joint issues. The look is really nice, you would imagine that the price tag would be more expensive by the look of the chair, the rise and recliner features are easy to use on the remote control (simply two buttons - one up, one down) the cord on the remote control comes from the pocket on the side and is long enough to use with ease without the cord dangling and risking a tangle up in the mechanism. The pocket is also big enough to house the remote controls (hide from the Mrs!!). The footrest is long enough when reclined to support long legs - only the feet not on the pad if you are over 6ft tall, the arm rests are comfortable and non intrusive as they gently slope away. The chair is compact across the width and will fit into a corner nicely, saying that there is enough room on the seat for a tall/average weight man. There is nothing to say that is negative to be honest, we were so pleased to find a recliner that had a high back as both my husband and myself are tall - the seller despatched the chair immediately with tracking details. For the price tag, this is a great chair.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 August 2018Good Product at a reasonable priceA lovely chair which matches the specification of a lot of other well know manufacturers of rise recliner chairs at a much lower price. The chair is heavy to lift but moves around easily on its two wheels. The quality so far seems to be very high and my mum who uses the chair says it is very comfortable. The only improvement would be to add some wings to the back as when someone is frail and dropping to sleep the straight back allows their heads to fall to one side. If the chair had the wing back this would improve the design further. Other than that very happy with the purchase.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 July 2020Fantastic Highly RecommendedHighly Recommend this Rise/Recliner single-motor Chair, purchased in Stone absolutely love the Colour (not to Dark and not to Light) very Comfortable, very Stylish looking and Not Big and Clumsy, definitely perfect if you have Limited Space, really easy to assemble - just click Back onto Base. Motor very Quiet. As for the Seller, Brilliant advised delivery between the 7th-13th July, actually arrived on the 6th July, Very Happy with Everything from Start to Finish including the Assembled Product and Totally Good Value for the Price (a Big Thumbs-Up)

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 February 2018First Class Chair! No complaints regarding ordering, delivery and assembling the chair ?. It’s a fantastic chair ... very good value.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 May 2021Mostly a good buy.My father needed a chair that was taller than his current armchair but still leather, and with the powered recline/incline options. The armrests are quite low so you don’t feel like you sit right down into it, and the base feels quite”bouncy” as it’s elevated by an air cushion. My dad is not very keen on it for both of these reasons, but will use it when encouraged. Also the leather feels quite poor quality or more like bonded leather, rather than real leather like their suite. So do be aware. Came in 2 parts, but was quite easy to assemble, as 2 86 yr old ladies managed it!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 April 2018A LOVELY CHAIRThis leather rise/recliner was bought for comfort after an op. Has proved itself and is a perfect fit with other furniture. It was a good buy, 1/2 price in the sale. Recommend.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 May 2018ComfortableBought for family member who suffers with chronic pain. They are delighted so far, especially the height at back for the taller person. I hope the chair lasts well and there are no problems with it. Looks great and smells of leather, and is soft and comfy. Quick delivery too, only two days. Very pleased so far
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 March 2021Very comfortable chairGreat chair, my husband finds it very comfortable especially when it reclines. It’s also great for helping you stand up. Good value for money compared to some leading brands but also seems good quality. We had a minor problem with a missing castor but the company were great and offered us the choice of returning the whole chair or just having the castors delivered. They came very quickly.

The chairs were very badly wrapped in flimsy corrugated cardboard and both were bursting out of their wrappers, obviously not strong enough for the job. The larger of the two parcels for each chair weighed, according to the weight listed on the wrapper, 45 kilograms which was far too heavy for me to move and needed the combined efforts of the two couriers and a trolley to move them. All four parcels were dumped in my entrance hall and stayed there until I could get someone to unwrap and assemble them. A helpful, big and strong young man of my acquaintance assembled the chairs which he said was quite simple and there were no assembly problems. Superficially the chairs are OK and comfortable to sit in for about 15/20 minutes but then the problems start to manifest themselves. Both chairs drop sharply at the back seat section causing the back seat to push harshly into the users backside and are decidedly uncomfortable for the user. Additionally one of the chairs rolls on the left hand side sharply towards the back and is really uncomfortable. I am told that upholstery foam used in chairs should have a resilience loss of no more than 10/15%. These chairs seem to have an excessive loss of resilience of around 40/45% as after about 15/20 minutes a spring can be felt through the inadequate and inferior foam which is obviously not fit for purpose. But for the fact that I am now 85 I would have returned these chairs straightaway but regrettably do not have the resources to dis-assemble, lift and pack them. As far as I am concerned it is money down the drain and one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Save your money and do not be conned as I was! see less
