  Useful and comfortable, but takes a lot of space

  Bought for my elderly mother who is in her late 80s, needs a footstool, and has been having difficulties getting out of her armchair. Took her a little while to get used to the simple controls (stood herself up a couple of times when she wanted to recline and vice versa!) but it works well now that she is used to it. I've tried it and find it very comfortable. Looks smart, but is very large - fortunately, she lives in an old Victorian house with a large sitting room. It needs to be positioned well away from walls and other furniture as it takes up a considerable amount of floor space when fully reclined (think small bed).

  Very large chair arrived way ahead of time. No communication from delivery company, just happened to be in at 8:30 am.when the driver arrived in his big truck. Driver was helpful. Needs two people to get backrest in place without a struggle. Good looking chair,it smells of leather. I am a short guy and feet reach the floor when sitting in it but only just. The motor is whisper quiet. I have a concern that the chair tilts over when rising and when lowering one side touches first giving a rocking motion from side to side. This does not feel right I suspect there may be a strain in the mechanism. Hence three stars only as this could be an indication of future problems. The chair is firm but comfortable and prices very competitively so probably good value for money.

  Excellent Product but not real leather

  Excellent Product but not real leather. However, there was some damage to the 'leather' t the side of the chair and we have contacted the company concerning a solution to this.I am 6ft 5 ins tall and fit in this chair really well. With hip problems and at 82 I find this chair a blessing as it rises almost to standing position as well as slide out a footstool which is so comfortable.

  Soooo comfortable

  We bought this one as the obvious ones on the market were so uncomfortable! This absolute bliss, hubby can now sit with his feet up easily as the back goes down as the foot rises up so doesn't mark the wall. It cleans so easily as it's not a cloth material. It was also easy to assemblt as the back slots into the chair part, and was not too heavy either. Highly recommended.

  Early days but seems pretty good value.

  Easy to assemble, 2 clips slide into 2 runners and then connect power cables. Has wheels at the back to help manoeuvre but as they can't be locked the chair moves when sitting on (laminate flooring probably doesn't help). The material is fake leather and quite slippery, when going to the Rise position it makes you slide down and feels like you will end up in a pile on the floor (will probably get used to it after a while). Overall for the money it seems good value, I'm glad I didn't pay full price and got them with the 200 pound off offer as I should then of been disappointed.The courier is a pain, didn't contact to arrange delivery was just lucky I happened to be home when they knocked on the door.

  Great Recliner at a reasonable price.

  Very happy with the recliner so far. Good quality for the price. Only assembly was slotting the back section onto the seat section, which was very easy(literally just slides in & clicks in place). Very comfy with nice padding & synthetic leather. It is very heavy which is good once its situated but be aware that getting the box with the seat section where you want it can be a heavy lift task!

  Stops the struggle of getting up.

  I suddenly found it getting more and more difficult to get up out of my somewhat low chair. I now have no difficulty with my new chair lifting me up onto my feet. The price for a beautiful leather riser chair is most reasonable. I am now able to spend hours in comfort and at the press of a button I can be on my feet.

  irsT, has a he Seattle rise/recliner chair is larger and heavier than many similar chairs, but it is extremely comfortable to use , has a good range of adjustment via a simplehand control, a.nd the chair arrives in two parts , it is simple to fit the backrest into position. the single motor runs smoothly, and is very quiet, overall, this is a really good chair, and I recently bought two chairs, and will probably buy another in the near future

  Quality item which I have rated *****However, I have deducted one star to reflect poor communication regarding delivery. I had paid extra for an agreed delivery slot and the chair arrived without notice. I have fed back to company re. Lack of communication and they refunded me to additional cost of agreed delivery charge. I have no complaints whatsoever regarding the chair itself and hope that the seller has taken on board my feedback regarding communication.

  Chair great, seller great, courier, hm, I'm too much of a lady

  This chair is one of he most comfortable I've tried. The motor is quiet, a little bit jerky in places but nothing too bad. Have to be careful to hit the sweet point of the position you like, as there's only one motor, but that's not a problem. Ask yoursef if you really need massage and heat in your armchair, and I bet comfort comes out much higher. This chair will win. Feedback for excellent seller left elsewhere.
