- what is the diameter of the ceiling , i am looking for no more than 4 inThank you for your question. The diameter of the ceiling rose/base is approximately 11.5cm
- can the arm be twisted the other way around so the bulb pointing down instead?I wouldn’t have thought that the arm could be twisted downwards because you risk breaking the wiring inside and therefore making the light fitting unsafe!!
