The couloir didn’t look as nice as the picture & the metal wasn’t much thicker in places that tin foil!!! Not one of my best purchases, sent back for a full refund. It would have also been a total irritation to shorten the wire and re wire it as per the instructions . Sadly I cannot recommend this product.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 April 2021Poor companyI bought three of these light fittings, two then additional third last month.The third was faulty, far inferior to the previous orders and the company accused me of attempting to return one of the originals from 2019 and that I had ‘removed’ the Earth wire etc. I had done nothing other than removed from box and then only realised the hanging components were incomplete when electrician came to hang. He did nothing other than tell me the fitting was faulty.I would have given a far higher rating, since the other two were fine, however this one and the company’s poor behaviour and shirking of responsibility was unacceptable.Amazon issued a refund.

- what is the diameter of the ceiling , i am looking for no more than 4 inThank you for your question. The diameter of the ceiling rose/base is approximately 11.5cm
- can the arm be twisted the other way around so the bulb pointing down instead?I wouldn’t have thought that the arm could be twisted downwards because you risk breaking the wiring inside and therefore making the light fitting unsafe!!
