Ist issue packaging on the box the polystyrene had totally disintegrated leaving the crystals rattling about in the box with no protectionwhich resulted in chips on 6 of the crystals..Assembly was quite straight forward but the fittings were flimsy and of poor quality.Once assembled and switching on for the 1st time 2 bulbs were not working,when inspected, wires connecting to the bulbs holders had been crimped right through.Meaning I had to take it all down again and rewire it.When it was finally up it does look nice hence 2 stars not 1.Although I persevered I really cannot reccomend,
