  Look very nice and industrial, also look a lot heavier than they actually are.They were very easy to adjust the height as we have low ceilings (standard 8ft) which limits the choice on suspended and pendant lighting. Cut the wire, and double the chains up and it is not the perfect height over the dining table.However, I do feel there is a design fault. We wanted ours in the dead center of the room but the metal fixing plate only has a slot in either end to feed the wires from the ceiling into. Either end doesn't allow you to center the fixing plate. There should be a circular hole in the fixing plate allowing you to center this into the center of the room which would allow the lights to be dead center. A tad fiddly to connect wires to the fitting but you get that on all light fittings due to the small wires/screw fittings.Glad I purchased this.

  Excellent, quality light fitting

  We very rarely leave reviews but the wife (happy wife and all that!!) and I felt this was very, very worthy of one. This really is an excellent quality light fitting. Solidly built, we were looking for a replacement light fitting for our kitchen/living area, which is our main room in our property, so therefore 'had to be right'. Of course, buying on-line , you can never be sure, and we did have a few reservations based on some review comments (although most are very positive) , but thought that at £46 was worth a punt. We received the light within 3 working days, and upon opening certainly exceeded our expectations. The chain is easily shortened for any preference. One slight negative was the fixing plate, which had no means of access for the ceiling mains cable, in order that this could be placed centerally over our island. This was quickly resolved, however, by drilling a hole through the fixing plate that allowed cable access from the ceiling. Simple enough to do, but a hole should have been part of the design. We coupled with industrial E27 bulbs, and we are absolutely delighted with the quality, look,feel and end result. A definite 5 stars buy!

  I absolutely love this!!!! Get the bulbs that the description recommends they really make a world of difference! Amazing value for money! I have expensive taste and these were an absolute bargain!!!

  Nice light for my summer house husband had no problems fitting it and looks great. First one arrived broken but seller responded quickly and replaced with a new light so very good after sales Highly recommend.

  We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen/dining area lights! We have recently decorated and decided to purchase these lights to feature in the extended part of our kitchen, over the table. We purchased the LED edison bulbs from Amazon too in a box of 6 which were half the cost again of the light fitting but so worth it as the bulbs have really added something special when the lights are on. Having the 3 bulbs we now have so much more light in the area compared to the one bulb fitting we had before and we are over the moon with how easy it was to fit. We had to shorted the chain quite a lot to get the height we wanted but there was more than enough chain to accommodate every buyers needs in length. Brilliant!

  Fantastic ceiling light, well made and looks the part. Great Industrial feel, and looks amazing with Edison light bulbs in it. Would definitely buy again.

  Good quality, long chains

  This was bought for over our dining room table. It looks great and we are really pleased.The chains and cable are far too long for the height of our ceiling. This would be great if you have high ceilings but this was almost touching the table.It's not difficult to adjust and I would rather it was too long than too short, but you need to break a link in the chain and cut the wires which made installation a bit more tricky but no great problems.
