Customer service contacted me and said they would send a replacement free of charge. I received it two days later and couldn’t be happier. Their customer service has contacted me about three times to make sure everything is ok now. Have really warmed to the glass mugs now. Love them. Not many companies would read the review and sort out the problem. I didn’t have to contact them at all. They did all the work. Fab.

I took the leap and bought these and boy, am I glad I did! These mugs are very well made and keep my coffee nice and hot until I drink it down. I loved them so much, I ended up buying the next size up for bigger cups of coffee. I may be an addict...

I hand-wash to keep it nice. It's such a delight to drink out of....I don't mind washing it carefully by hand. Liked the thank you note from manufacturers. They are clear about how to look after these mugs. So me and my family are delighted by this purchase

They stay cool on the outside so you don’t burn your fingers.Very attractive and comfortable to hold. My only issue is they would struggle to hold 350ml. You’d end up spilling the drink if you tried to pick it up but other than that, they are great.

Emailed Ecooe directly about it and they did not hesitate to send a replacement asap.They are delicate (definitely not for children and young adults) but they work VERY well and look stunning!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 July 2020Fantastic Lightweight Coffee CupsAfter purchasing a Tassimo Vivy 2, I needed to replace my tall coffee glasses as they were too tall to fit under the machine. I saw these pair of cups and read the great reviews but was slightly put off by the price. I bit the bullet and ordered them and I am so glad i did. They arrived securely boxed and wrapped to prevent breakage with two little cards, one thanking me for the purchase and the other about the company. The cups are a lovely size and are very light in weight even when full of hot steaming coffee. As these cups hold 350ml, there is still enough room in the cup to add more hot water or milk if needed . I am very pleased with these cups and am glad that I brought them.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 November 2020Functional but hideously inelegant!These looked very elegant on the phone but when they arrived I found them rather squat and held more coffee than I am used rotating at one go. Within a very short time I had failed to see one and swept it onto my kitchen floor where it shattered into smitherines. That did it for me £8.50 gone west so Iigave the remaining 3 cups to my cleaner who doesn’t Luke them either. They are simply very inelegant.

These did and they were very well packed.They are beautiful glasses and very, very well made. There are no blemishes, bubbles or flaws anywhere, in fact the only mark to show they are glass is the very small one left by the glass blower.They are very light and clearly if treated badly will break. However, they are easy to use and firm to hold.The handle is a perfect size and does not cause discomfort to hold.I filled both with just boiled water and the outsides remained cool to the touch, they even kept the water hot a lot longer than any other mug or glass I have.These are, without doubt, the best I have ever had. I will be visiting their website again, they are unbeatable.

My previous ones held the heat for ages, these don't. The reason for that , I think, is that the hollow space between the layers isn't large enough so the heat escapes quicker. Still better than a regular mug just not as good as some other makes.

But I have to say, that so far I'm very pleased.The glasses were well packed and arrived intact and on time, they look great and do keep the coffee hot for some time.I'm not going to take the risk of putting them in the dishwasher, it isn't needed, all they need is a hand wash and dry, I do handle them with care, however.So all in all these complement the 'coffee' experience and I recommend them.

- Would these be suitable to use with a tassimo coffee machine?I guess it just depends on what size you are looking for. We have a Krups machine but there are different sizes you can choose. The cups are a good size.
- Suitable for lavazza machines?We bought these to use with a Dolce Gusto machine, they do fit just as the cups are on the large side so would very much depend on the size of the cup base on you coffee machine.
- Can I put the cups in a microwave?Yes. If you read the manufacturer’s notes they clearly state that they can be microwaved for up to 2 minutes. 1 minute is enough to re-heat a cold drink back to steaming hot! Enjoy!
