- I bought this for £19.99 less than 2 months ago. The outside of it got damaged in 3-4 days while it was in my handbag. How can I use the guarantee?when you say damaged if you mean scratched paint then your out of luck its paint. Other wise read the small print

- What is the easiest way to wash it outIf it gets caffeine stained the easiest way to clean it is to fill it with boiling water then add 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda or baking powder, leave it for 1-2 hours then rinse, it'll be like new again and no smells of detergent. The lid can be soaked in the same solution in a bowl.
