Unfortunately for us this was bought for a child who was very very careful with it. It was so so fragile that we actually "chipped" it twice while washing it. Far to easy to chip and then unusable which made my daughter very sad! (Especially as she was so careful!)

She’s not a big fan of Disney but I didn’t know what to get and I just stumbled across this pretty mug.First one that arrived already had a chip in it. I understand this little fella is called chip but don’t need to be overly realistic. Sent it back and got another one.The second item didn’t have a chip in it initially but a slight touch to another mug and POoF. Chipped. Didn’t return it this time but quite disappointed.The rim itself is not level which doesn’t seem like a big problem until you try to use it.If you don’t plan to use it go for it. Any other case look for sth else.

She is very happy so that makes me happy ??. The only reason I’ve not given it 5 stars is the ‘chip’ it’s not a chip, it’s a small painted part, I can appreciate a ‘Chip’ would be hard to manufacture and would make it less usable. I may be wanting too much and I don’t want to detract from the fact that it’s a well manufactured product of good quality.

Got one for my partner for Xmas and noticed a ding or two after a few uses. Got a new one as she did really like it, unfortunately the same issue even when handling with care. Now i think i'm the Mug for buying it twice! Looks cute though i suppose....

My Dad also loved it too.When my Mum opened it she loved it straight away, something different she wasn't expecting on Christmas Day.My mum has been drinking tea out of it ever since.

Looks good as a novelty gift but not great as an actual mug which is hardly surprising but given the price the quality could be better.

But after just 2 uses these weird lines started to appear on the outside, completely spoiling the design of the mug. The very sad thing is that I had the same mug previously which did the same thing and the lines appeared on the inside as well. Looks amazing but very cheaply made, would be ideal as an ornament or to store smalls things in but definitely not to serve a hot drink in :(

Bought this for my 19 year old daughter whose favourite childhood movie was beauty & the beast & her favourite character was "chip", she loved this gift. Good value & an excellent product, a fantastic purchase.

- Ia the cup dishwasher safe?No it's not sutible for dishwashers or microwaves , he is lovely though .
- is it dishwasher safeI chose to hand wash this item just to keep it safe and make sure there is no wear and tear on the glazing, dishwashers are too harsh.
