Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 February 2020Seller please contact me.I use this for many different dishes and it is great that it has a lid.I am disappointed that it started to show signs of the non-stick coming off. I use a soft washing sponge to clean it or put it in the dishwasher. Not sure how to contact the seller as it's been more than 3 months since I bought it, but the reason I chose this product is because it has a manufacturers 10 year guarantee.I would like to know if the seller could send me a private message regarding this. Many thanks.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 September 2017Don't Spend More OMHO These are the Best.Really like all these Tefal Jamie Oliver pans because of the spec - not Jamie. I have had three or four of these so far - two Woks for tow locations, a pan and this one. Solid construction, long lasting coating, very good handles - everything is pretty much perfect. I wouldn't spend any more - just get this series from Tefal. I know there are more expensive and smarter looking ones - but if you are a keen cook like me, then these more than do the job and really last well.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 May 2020VERY SCRATCHABLE ON OUTSIDE EDGE - not consistently robust at all. Truly disappointing. Not consistently robust in all its surfaces... First if all, be very careful cutting the RIDICULOUSLY THICK J.O.-branded cardboard off... my scissors slipped slightly & scratched the outside surface instantly. Why so tough on the inside, so easily scratched on the outside,? Ruined appearance of my not-cheap pan, but since it didn't arrive damaged, it's kinda my fault, so can't send it back. Used it, it's good size, but again, after a very slight scrape against unit side when lifting pan off - instant new scratch! Shame on you, Jamie!Good, durable inside? Yes. But ridiculously markable on the outside edges - hardly what you'd expect from a professional chef. I'm gentle compared with the hectic usage of a busy professional kitchen! I doubt very much if Oliver's working kitchen uses these; my son worked in a busy restaurant and things there have to be ROBUST. This isn't. Do yourself a favour and choose another type... I wish I had!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 June 2019Good value and usefulPerfect for cooking so many dishes. Washes well. Non stick lasting well, glass lid and a handle which doesn't burn the skin off your hands when you are using the pan. Great! What's not to love!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 August 2019The least durable Tefal panApparently very low quality paint has been used over the outer surface of the pan. After 10 months of use, the paint came off quite badly while the cooking surface still being in good shape. Never had that experience with other Tefal sauté pans we have used.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 August 2019Badly constructed pan that arrived dintedPan is in my view flimsily and badly constructed and arrived with a large dint at the top of the pan. Has to be returned. If this issue has been caused in transit I am puzzled. A dint of this nature would usually be caused by excessive force on an aluminum or hard anodized pan. Was concerned to read the reviews of other customers whose pans also arrived dinted too.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 January 2021Peeling Issues and Tefal Customer Services are rubbish.Tefal replaced the first one saying it was a goodwill gesture after blaming me for the Teflon peeling off, said it wasn't meant to be put in the dishwasher even though it states dishwasher safe. The replacement is just as bad, its going in the bin as I can't be arguing with Tefal again. Wouldn't buy one of these again.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 January 2021Great for the priceNicely made and very useful for smaller cookers. Easy to clean and distributes heat well. Lacks the second handle found on many such pans which might be considered a good thing on a crowded cooker.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 January 2018... the feedback and have to say it is a good fryng panI brought this item after reviewing the feedback and have to say it is a good fryng pan. My wife used it the first time and I have to say it is the first time in years I had a runny egg yolk. Decided to buy another frying pan so we now have 2 of these. My mother was also impressed when she came round for tea and she also now has 2 of these pans. Overall very satisfied.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 October 2019Poor quality is it a fake?Dreadful.I have used it 3 times. The pan itself is ok but it came out of the dishwasher and the base of the pan (outside base) had pitted and rendered it unusable on my ceramic hob as I don’t want to spoil my hob I wonder if this item is a fake as I can’t believe Jamie Oliver would put his name to something so bad, also I have always had tefal product in the past.
