  This ceiling lamp is brighter than my future....

  Lovely ceiling lamp, this ceiling lamp is brighter than my future :D (joking)To be honest, this ceiling lamp is very bright, makes my room look better as the light spreads across the room and light gets everywhere.this lamp perfectly fits for bedroom, or kitchen, especially if you own modern kitchen and this lamp will make it look 10 times better.Very easy to install, as it contain guide how to install it by yourself, so no need to spend money and pay somebody to fit it for you.Look - 5*Brightness - 5*Definitely will buy one more when I finish my kitchen.

  Wow, this light is bright. Worried that Soft Light would be too 'soft' for my bathroom, I ordered Natural White (the middle brightness level). This would be too bright for a living area. Ideal for a bathroom as there's no shadow. Thirty thousand hours life and economical on power this is not a light to be fitted by an amateur. Overall, I am pleased.

  Within 20 minutes of the lights delivery and unpacking my husband fitted this which in itself is a minor miracle given his constant delays in getting around to doing D.I.Y chores. Usually takes a year to fix a plug.Never the less he was on the case within minutes of it's arrival. fitted and working before i had the chance to get the hoover out.Aesthetics are very pleasant and bright enough to light up the whole bathroom Comfortable to the eyes too: So yes very impressed with this, now i can get nagging at him to get round to more D.I.Y that desperately need doing.As i understand it, fitting was very easy, but don't judge me on that statement, it's what my other half stated.

  Great light with a few caveats

  Bought this light as I was after something that would fit flush to the ceiling as I kept hitting the regular pendant fitting when I stood up to stretch from my desk. After reading the other reviews I figured this was worth a shot, especially as one review said they were able to fit it using the existing screw holes (which turned out to be true - so big win there).So onto the positives:- attaching the mounting bracket was very easy, it screwed into the existing holes from the previous fitting- I went for the middle brightness and even that is super bright, I'd recommend the lowest if you have it in a smaller room (small double is my reference)- Following on from above, it truly lights up the room, providing much better, even coverage than regular household bulbs- Looks very smart when installed and really makes the room feel more open as there is nothing dangling from the ceilingNegatives / points to consider:- The light clearly isn't made for the UK market as the Live / Neutral colours do not match UK standard, this meant just a little extra caution when installing- Most UK light fittings are now installed with a ceiling rose which this fitting does not support out the box. For this reason you'll need to also buy some connection terminals (I used wago) to re-implement the rose. This was actually very simple to do in the end but did take some trial and error.- Finally actually hooking the light to the mounting bracket; it was very difficult getting the second catch to hook on the fitting, so what should have been a very simple process turned into a drawn out one, frustrating one.Overall however, great light but dropped star for the (admittedly UK specific) installation difficulties - just make sure you take plenty of reference pictures of the existing wiring before installing (especially if you're new to this like I am).

  15 minute install with no drilling

  The fitting is as described and feels pretty sturdy and gives out plenty of light in a great angle. I'm neither an electrician nor particularly handy with DIY but as long as you only have one live, one neutral and one earth wire going into your existing fitting the replacement is pretty straightforward. My favourite part is the design of the bracket which holds the fittings on the ceiling because the way the screwholes are positioned it means that you can reuse the existing plugs, holes and screws to mount your new fitting and no need to drill new holes or mess around with plasterboard or other fixings. I purchased 9 units and the first one took about 15 minutes to install but once I got the hang of it I actually managed to replace an old pendant fitting with this one in under 10 minutes. The only question remains unanswered is the lifetime of the units.

  Had to fix it to use it but now it works perfectly.

  Wasn't working when arrived, had to separate the frosted cover from the base (not easy) and found a very obvious small internal cable had either become disconnected or wasn't connected in the first place. Once that was dealt with the install was easy and quick, the cable connector solution is fantastic, I wish all electronic items came with this quick connect for the wires. The light works perfectly and is more than bright enough, nice colour too, I went with the warm white and it was perfect. I deducted a star because I had to plug that cable in internally to get it working, possibly a QC problem or it came loose in transit, maybe a bit of hot glue to hold it in might be a good solution on their end.

  Very light weight and very easy to install and outputs brilliant white light

  Easy to install and light weight so can be fixed to plasterboard (dry lining) without the need to find a beam (stud) excellent quality strong sturdy and yet still manages to keep a beautiful design element to it also gives of a brilliant white light that fills the entire room leaving no dark spots highly recommended this model over other similar units

  Not bright enough at all. Avoid.

  I bought two of these lights, one had clearly been opened and used before, the other was new as it was still in sealed wrapper.The light is suspect had been used was pretty much useless, didn’t give out much light at all. The other one was slightly brighter but even if I had two of them they’d still be nowhere near bright enough for our relatively average sized kitchen.Avoid this product, unfortunately for me I didn’t open the parcel until a few days after the return date otherwise they’d have been sent straight back to the seller.

  Installed it in my kitchen and gives of a great light to even the darkest corners, cables could be a bit longer which made installation a bit fiddly

  Has push fit wiring connector, with quick release of wiring. Also has push fit mounting with quick release tabs to demount fitting, great if replacing with same type of fitting. As after mounting the bracket could make replacement a 2 minute job. To early to say how reliable or long lasting it is. unit is light weight feels and appears of quality build. however has great instant light output and has enhanced the bathroom where fitted. pleased with purchase
