  Beautiful light but no instructions or ceiling cable terminal to wire it into 4/5 stars from me

  Think my reviews solid. Was seriously going to give it a 3/5 due to the lack of instructions and terminal mount (both not included). Yes, theres a semi clear image of how to assemble it, and its not rocket science, and yes, the ceiling cable terminals are cheap to buy, but for the love of god, just include these x2 things and the light would be the "full package". Even just x1 sheet of A4 paper in the box guys for the instructions, come on. Given it 4 stars as it can fry your brain a little trying to put it all together and also the fact you need to buy a cable terminal box seperate. Beautiful light though it looks awesome it really does but the lack of instructions and cable terminal, it just doesnt feel like a complete, quality package, when you open the box.

  Zero instructions but looks great

  Be warned, this is a great value light unit that looks fantastic... Once you've competed in the krypton factor trying to work out how to put it together. There are zero instructions in the box. However on the images there is a diagram, which once we found made it easier.Hubby likes the finished light, but does not like the amount of time it took him to piece it together ?

  Poor quality poor customer service !

  Don’t spend you’re money on this pendant light . I have tried to get this pendant light returned, but the seller first offered me 20 euros to keep it then 30 euros when I insisted it was returned . I’m now in a position if I want to return it I have to pay for it . The quality of the product is poor please think twice as you will be out of pocket

  5 star customer service. When something goes wrong and the company puts it right you can't ask for more.the light was damaged but this was beyond their control, quickly resolved. highly recommended. thanks.No instructions but easy to figure out how to assemble them.

  Had a slight issue assembling the light due to some incorrect items enclosed in the box. Contacted the supplier, who sorted the issue out immediately - great service. Easy(ish) to install and looks great! Great value considering the relatively low cost.

  Really happy with these although there was a little brass bolt missing. You wouldn’t notice unless you looked but that shouldn’t happen.

  Oh my god look great when up but come with no instructions missing screws . So hard to fix up but worth the pain in the end .I brought 2 and the customer service were great in rectifying our issue . Love it but would never buy again

  Absolutely Stunning! Transformed Our Kitchen Island

  I cannot express how thrilled we are with the IDEGU 3-Light Industrial Pendant Lamp! We installed it above our kitchen island, and it has completely transformed the space. The black metal shades have that perfect vintage industrial look we were going for, and the quality of the metal feels very robust and durable. Installation was straightforward for my husband, and the adjustable cables were a lifesaver. We were able to get each light hanging at the perfect, slightly staggered height, which adds so much character. We paired it with some warm Edison-style LED bulbs (purchased separately, as expected), and the glow is just incredible – inviting and stylish.   Great Look, Minor Installation Hiccups

  This pendant lamp looks fantastic in our dining area, giving it a cool, modern industrial edge. The three black metal shades are well-made and have a nice weight to them. The adjustable cable length is a huge plus, allowing us to customize the drop for our specific ceiling height, which was essential. My only minor gripes are that the instructions could be a bit clearer for someone less experienced with electrical work, and adjusting the cable length, while possible, took a bit more patience than I anticipated to get them perfectly even. Also, remember to factor in the cost of E27 bulbs, as they are not included. Once it's up and running with the right bulbs, the light distribution is excellent, and it definitely elevates the room's aesthetic. Four stars because of the slight installation fuss, but very happy with the end result.

  Looks Good, But Tricky to Install Solo

  I purchased this lamp for my home office to add some character, and aesthetically, it delivers. The vintage Edison style is exactly what I wanted, and the black metal shades look sharp. However, I found the installation process quite challenging to do by myself. Managing three separate wires and getting the ceiling plate flush while also trying to adjust the cable lengths was a bit of a nightmare. I eventually got it done, but it definitely required more effort than I expected. One of the shades also had a very tiny, almost imperceptible scratch, but not enough to return it. Once it's up, it looks great and provides good light, but be prepared for a potentially fiddly installation if you're not hiring a professional.

  Solid Value, Patience Needed for Cables

  This 3-light pendant offers really good value for its price point. The industrial look is spot on, and the black metal shades feel substantial, not flimsy. We installed it over our home bar, and it gives off a great, focused light when paired with the right bulbs. My main feedback is regarding the cable adjustment. While it's great that they're adjustable, actually shortening them and securing them evenly took a fair bit of trial and error. It's not a quick 'pull and lock' system; you have to feed the excess cable into the ceiling rose, which can be a bit tight with three cables. Once that hurdle was overcome, though, we're very pleased with how it looks and functions. Definitely recommend, just budget some extra time for the setup.
