When I read the reviews people were saying they were so fiddly but it was so worth the effort, so much so that I ordered 8 in total. The photos don’t do these chandeliers justice. Everyone who has seen them think they are worth so much more and the quality is amazing for the price. The baubles are heavy and look gorgeous. Absolutely love them and would highly recommend.

The rings that should go into the big crystals are so poorly designed as it is a big pain to hook all the 43 crystal balls. If you want to use daylight bulbs, then the crystals won't show any character such as reflections and I like only daylight bulbs. Only warm light is good if you want reflection from the crystals. Looks good during day.Also , I got misled by the pictures as one of them is with golden colour frame. They come in only chrome finish
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 July 2021Balls not on securelyI’ve purchase several products from this brand and on this unit the have started to supply a circular ring to hang the ball with but they are far to flimsy and the balls keep falling off. Initially I thought it was a good improvement from the straight pin you bend your self but the ring is to small to feed through the eyelet of each ball and ends up much wider and far to loose.Once fitted it looks nice but will have to see if any fall off but will make cleaning it much more difficult

It it great value for money, and it looks and feels more expensive than it actually was. The item was nicely packaged, with each crystal ball was indivually boxed, some spares included and instructions seemed adequate.I saw a lot of reviews pointed out the assembly factor as a negative. Yes, there is a bit of assembly required but I did not find it too laborious, I have put up a larger chandelier before which took a lot longer, so maybe some level of assembly is to be expected by this kind of chandelier anyway? Either way, you only have to do it once, it's definetly worth it!

That may be why other similar lights are more expensive - maybe they come ready assembled? One 'gotcha' to watch out for; On the instructions it sez you need 'E12' bulbs, but actually it's 'E14' as it does say on the description here.

- Hi, my partner and I are thinking about purchasing this light for a 17m squared living room, whats the lumen output on this?Hi don’t know what the lumen output is as not technically minded but my living room is 30 feet long by 15 feet wide and I have 2 of these but just one is really bright. They are beautiful when up and look so expensive. Lovely when lit up too. You won’t be disappointed.
- Can you use a dimmer switch with this lightI tried a normal dimmer and it didn’t work. Awesome light for the price. I do use daylight leds
- Have replaced one to my landing which has 2 way switching but stays on dimmed light when turned off - whyThis is likely to be an issue with the LED bulbs used. This is especially prevalent on 2 way systems where there can be a slight current leakage. LED bulbs will light very dimly unless they are designed not to do so. You will need to find some better LED bulbs. It is not a fault with the light fitting.
