Only complaint would be that I found one of the smaller crystals on one of the strands was smashed so I thought I’d have to get in touch to arrange a replacement. However I shortened the longer strand in the middle by one (it looked better that way, I didn’t like that it hung down slightly lower) and used it to replace the smashed one so problem solved. Would recommend.
