It is brighter than we expect and wish if there were any colour changing switch to change its appearance once in a while! Fitting was the nightmare as its excessive cable doesn’t fit in the given chrome and the given bolts are too small to accommodate all the inner parts! We took 3 people’s 1hour effort to fit this and happily it was worth enough!!!

They are heavy so will need someone to help you put them up.We are very happy with the lights.Other members of the family and friends have ordered. You won’t be disappointed.

After contacting the seller who then sent out a replacement - we had it reinstalled and now just after 3 months of usage (this is in the Games room and only gets used on weekends) the light has already stopped responding.Very expensive piece that has cost us twice in getting a electrician over to install and check the fault and now gone to waste. Dissapointed. Not sure if the seller will get back to this review

Absolutely love it. We wanted a bright light at the top of the stairs and the reviews all said how bright this is.....they were right!

- Hi, what is the shortest height from the top of the ceiling to the bottoms os the 3rd smaler heart this light will be one it is installed?Not sure because my ceiling is quite tall my light is hanging 2ft from the ceiling and I have intertwined mine so the small heart is nearest to the ceiling, it looks very impressive intertwined. Have you thought about moving the hearts about or intertwining them. I get loads of comments about mine.
- They seem to leave my grey carpets looking like there’s loads of dirt patches. Why is this?I think it is the led cool white bulb that does it as we have similar fitted in our home and it makes things look like they have a yellowish tinge, I also this it is partly from shadow cast from the individual jewels on it
- Mine dosen't change colour, what can i do?It doesn’t change colour, when you order you choose either cool white or warm white
- I have the colour change version. How do I stop it switching colour every time I switch the light on?Only changes colour if you flick the power too quickly. So either your turning it on off then on again or your.physical switch is arcing tricking the light to thinking you wwnt to change the colour.
