1. Please wash before first use .We recommend hand washing in warm soapy water then rinsing with a dry soft cloth.
2. The black cutlery set is dishwasher safe: however after long time use of dishwasher,continual contact and friction between the cutlery pieces and dishes, the polish and color may have mild wear. Please wipe the salt and food before starting the dishwasher, and do not leave the cutlery in the dishwasher overnight.
3.Use neutral detergent to flush it ,Please never use strong alkaline or strong oxidizing chemicals wash them , such as baking soda, bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite . For these substances are strong electrolytes, it will occur Electronic chemical reaction when the cutlery meet stainless steel, the cutlery will rust.
4. Please do not use any harsh detergents, steel wool, scouring pads or sharp objects to avoid scratches. After use the stainless steel cutlery, please wash them with warm water immediately. Wipe it after used and keep dry.

I wouldn't buy another set. They looked good when I unpacked them but not suitable for everyday use in my opinion not

I don't mind as they weren't expensive and we're using them as everyday cutlery but expected the full black colour to last a bit longer before chipping.

However they have been really good and have had for the last 3 weeks, however they have begun to get a bit metallic recently on the ends where they're used a lot.

All pieces keep their colour, it doesn't wash off. They're also sturdy and don't bend easily. The knives are actually pretty sharp, and I caught my finger on it and it actually sliced my skin haha. They also cut through meat very well, so you don't have to saw at anything. :)
