  Great product. Nowhere near as difficult to assemble as some are saying. The trick is not to fully tighten things (especially the square seat part) until the final piece had been positioned. Some care is needed to hold in place a get the screws on the correct threads (match up at a right angle and you will be fine) so use someone to hold it in place for you! If you are experienced building things (IKEA, B&Q, etc), you shouldn’t find this any more difficult. Excellent solid quality when finished - looks great. Ideal for a caravan etc.

  This set is sturdy , comfortable and quite easy to build. It did arrive with an issue of the binding around a chair leg having snapped. I went through the process with Amazon and emailed the company about the problem. They dealt with the issue , having apologised . I was really impressed with their after sales service. The problem was unfortunate , the company brilliant in dealing with it , I would definitely recommend them to all and shop with them again myself.

  While the original package did not have the nuts and bolts for assembly, a message to the supplier brought an immediate and fast response and the pack arrived very next day. I recommend this company! Superb service and deliveryThe whole set is strong metal frame and rattan is all plastic....hence the price. Real Rattan is at least 4 times more expensive!Erecting the table and chairs was fairly easy. But you really need a small electric screwdriver with an allen key fitment for accurate and quick fitting. Plus a z shape alien key which is easier than the small fiddley L shape one provided. . It took an hour to put together and just right for our small garden.

  I bought this set to make up an existing set with a bigger table. The original set came assembled. This set needs assembly. It arrived very well packaged, but the chairs were difficult to put together as all screws are on the inside and the front piece did not align at all. (I have taken a photograph, but did not manage it to upload it - amazon. The second hole was out by about two centimeters. The cushions are made of a very unpleasant fabric, not at all like the ones supplied by other manufacturers. They feel like rough shower curtain material. I will have to make covers for them.

  Cheap badly made rubbish!

  This one of worst items I've bought from Amazon. Very badly made and does not assemble properly. The parts are not the same size but more importantly the holes for the nuts and bolts do not align properly so can not get the pieces to fit together at all.Please please please pay attention to the negative reviews on here. They are spot on!!! Wish I had done that before wasting my money. When I contacted the company to complain they offered me 10% off original price initially!! Absolutely disgraceful and then insisted on me sending pictures of their dodgy product to prove that holes didn't line up and parts didn't fit together properly. Do not be fooled by the pictures and please do not waste your money.

  Patio furniture

  I liked the colour of these as very practical when husband barbecuing! Comfortable to sit in with or without the cushions. The table was easy to make up but unfortunately down one of the legs it was discoloured, so I have placed the table with that leg at the back. There were enough screws, nuts etc and overall I was very pleased with delivery.

  Cheap but surprisingly good!

  Really strong for abit of plastic! I’m over 100kg and this hold me like it’s not even trying, only downside is they are a little wobbly when not sat on because the legs seem a little short but once you’re sat on them they are very strong and do not wobble, cushions are soft and the table is really sturdy. Over all great value for money on this product.

  great for socialising

  My husband was thrilled when I bought this set for him as a surprize for his birthday in June. He spent an afternoon putting it together and testing it in the garden. We were able to entertain friends in the garden a few days later and their comments echoed our feelings. Really pleased with it. We keep the glass top for the table in the house until it's needed, because of the uncertain weather.

  Tips

  Sturdy assembly and fairly easy. Some tips, these things always say not to tighten nuts too much until the end. This time they really really mean it otherwise you'll have trouble aligning the front legs. Its fiddly getting the bolts aligned for the chair sides, could have done with another pair of hands to get the bolt in straight. Otherwise just a bit tedious tightening the bolts with an Allen key.

  Very pleased with this garden furniture and very comfortable. It comes as flat pack but you do need a whole load of patience to assemble as many of the holes etc do not match up. My husband did one chair and then re- drilled the holes on all the others which made the job easier and quicker. They are very sturdy once put together.
