  Beaten up in the box

  I'd like someone to contact me reguarding collecting this it came with bits broken off in the box I put it together to see how bad it is if it was unnoticeable I wouldve kept it but it's not.Now I cant find a way to contact anyoneDisappointed ☹

  Horrendous, broken pieces, don't even bother trying to set this up on your own. That's why they give you the option of £45 to set it up for you. I'm not supprised.

  A great looking and comfortable patio set

  This set of garden chairs and table is very good value for money and once assembled very sturdy and comfortable to sit on. The small table has a removable lid with storage inside. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, although I found assembly took longer than I expected. I would definitely recommend this product.

  Read the instructions!

  Unlike another purchaser who'd left a negative review, rather than expect my mother who's in her 80s to put this set together, I offered to do it for her. The item is currently £30 cheaper than Argos and half the price of another retail site! I bought two sets. I'm not sure why people would expect anything other than plastic at this price, "genuine" rattan would be at least twice the price, probably more. The only very slight problem was that the printing on one set of instructions was very faint, but the other was fine. The parts are well designed and moulded and fit together easily if assembled properly and in the correct order. The final part to be attached is the back of the chair and the tabs on this need to be carefully aligned before clicking into place. Easy. I've previously purchased two Keter brand bin stores. Due to my own error I needed to call Keter for a replacement part. Their customer service was excellent and the required part was provided free of charge within 36 hours. Can strongly recommend the company and the products.

  Not easy to assemble.

  Buyer beware this item is a lot of plastic pieces that require assembling. This may not have been as difficult as it was if instructions were included but we received no instructions. My other half did mange to put it all together eventually but he said it was very frustrating. Once assembled the table and chairs do look lovely and are comfortable to sit on. They seem fairly sturdy but time will tell!

  Brilliant Set

  Despite some reviews saying it was hard to assemble, my boyfriend had it all done in less than half an hour without any problems, it has gone together brilliantly, it's really sturdy and all fits perfectly and it's comfortable. Very impressed as no parts were missing there were even some spare screws and things, it was delivered quickly, great set for the money.

  Good value

  Big box arrived on time. Goods were intact an undamaged. Instructions were a little brief and in picture form which my husband had to really concentrate to follow but the parts went together easily enough. Would suggest not over tightening the screws in case of snapping. Seats look great and are comfy when completed. Be careful if using them after rain. The weave takes a little while to dry out.

  perfect for the garden

  we love our garden chairs and table was a bit concerned when they arrived flat packed and it took a good bit of time working out what went where fortunately my husband is an engineer and eventually put them together they are sturdy and comfy don't give up its worth in the end .

  Perfect for static caravan balcony

  Great bargain from Amazon Warehouse, just a small clip broken which hasn’t made a difference to the finish. Fairly easy to assemble just went wrong once. Strong, fit for outdoor use. Styling and attractive. Cushions are a bit thin but they do fit into the table which is handy.
