It was slightly delayed to arrive but i was happy that the seller had decided to put in an order for some new ones to be made because he wasn't pleased with the quality. For being patient, the seller gave me a discount, which i thought was really nice.I strongly advise you take the correct measurements because am useless at measuring. I was unable to get the chair down the stairs into the garden. Fortunately my neighbour had scafolders up and the workmen were able to get the chair over the roof into my garden. That was a releif. Phew!You might not be as lucky as me, so measure correctly. I am very pleased with my purchase. I highly reccommend and worth the buy.I will send more pictures
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 January 2021Quite disappointedAfter using it for over a month.I have to say that it is not at all value for money.When you pay 200£ for something like this you expect decent quality.The swing creaks every time it moves and the screws that fit the pole to the base are loose. This is causing the bar to eat away at the screws.The base is unstable.The worst part is the seat cushions. I wasn't expecting luxury but it is not even basic. You will need to order a suitable one right away.Quite disappointed.

Construction is good quality and the cushions are cosy. My girlfriend loves it for reading or working from home.On another note, this seller was fantastic when dealing with us. We had a small issue where the first chair delivered was slightly too big for our front door (because we didn’t bother to check the dimensions) and the vendor settled this quickly and professionally. They arranged courier to pick up the old chair and speedy delivery of an alternative with no quibbles at all. Thanks, Adam!

Good value for moneyDelivered late but regular contact with the supplier kept me informed at all times, well packaged, easy to assemble, very sturdy. Cushions comfortable, one had to be replaced due to damage ? In transit but this was fine with no fuss.

Only issue was the cushion was not packed with the chair, but after contacting the seller it was delivered the following day. Highly recommended this product, very comfortable, my wife loves it.

- Why is there such long delivery date?They come from abroad
- What are the size difference between the options of L, large and Double?The large is for one person and a double is for two people
- How is the chair delivered? I see it comes in 3 parts, basket, stand and pole what packaging dimensions/weight?Comes in 3 parts as you say, each wrapped with a protective fabric. There are different sizes. We found the limiting factor was the width of the chair itself - check the size of your doorway. The stand and the base are both essentially flat in one dimension but the chair itself is not collapsable and comes as is.
