I message the seller to let them know about it, thinking that they would replace the chair but they just apologise. It would be a 5 star if it wasn’t for these 2 issues.

I was shocked to see how poorly packaged they were, even the delivery driver remarked about the poor packaging. I was expecting the sets to be damaged very badly, the only damage was a few small scratches on one of the tables, which I contacted the supplier about and received a partial refund. The set is lovely, the chairs are comfortable, it looks lovely in the little corner by my back door. I have received comments about how lovely it looks, and how reasonably priced the set is. I have given a 5 star recommendation because of the value and comfort of the set. I fully recommend this set.

My kind neighbour, who received the set when I was out, assembled it for me. How good is that? His only comment was that the packaging was open but thankfully nothing was missing. The chairs are very comfortable to sit on and the glass table is very sturdy so I am looking forward to using it often when the sun shines.

A few scratches but not worth the bother of returning - the set will be kept inside out of the rain so hopefully no rust spots in these areas. Nice quality for price.
