- Will this fit in a boat seat pedestal?I don’t know what the diameter of your boat seat pedestal is but my outdoor table is fit.
- Does it have velcro strap to keep it closed?No, it does not have a velcro strap. I use a small bungee cord to keep it closed although I really don't think it's needed. Great umbrella for the price.
