Delivery All items are shipped from a UK warehouse via courier partners and using trackable consignments to enable delivery day ETA provision. Multiple item orders may be sent on a pallet and will be delivered to kerbside. Deliveries are made Mon-Fri (excl. bank holidays).

Packaging All parasols are packaged in plastic and protective cardboard which when handled correctly provides sufficient protection.

Aftercare For safety and longevity of use, it is recommended that this parasol is not erected or used during periods of high wind or heavy rain.
